This is our fourth familihotel we have stayed in Europe. This was the most disappointing. We went in the winter time and could only use the very small indoor pool (it was too cold to use the outside facilities). My kids enjoyed the go-carts, and the kinder staff was friendly, but don't expect anyone to speak English for you. The spa is actually off the resort grounds and is very basic (but the spa lady was very kind). We stayed in the main building in a two bedroom room. The kids liked their bunk beds but it was well overpriced for the space you got. The food was horrible. This was the major downfall. They force you to pay for full room and board, being 3 meals a day. Every meal was a disappointment. Boiled fennel ugh! We were supposed to stay 6 nights and checked out after 3 and drove 3 hours to another familihotel that was on the czech boarder. This place was cheaper, offered us an entire apartment, had much much more to offer and the food was much better. I am not sure how this place is still running considering how many other amazing familhotels are out there. I guess if its your first one you don't know how good they can be. But don't waste your first experience on this place.

Great for kids, not so much for adults.
The rooms are very large, there's a bathroom, and plenty of outdoor play areas and activities for children.
But there's nothing for adults. No spa, no sauna, no indoor or outdoor sports. Only massages from an external provider. The food isn't particularly good either, and when we were there, there wasn't even any music playing.
And speaking of the food: everything is brought to you in the evenings; there's no buffet. You even have to wait for the salad. And you have to fill out slips of paper beforehand. It's incredibly cumbersome what the staff has to do: bring slips, collect slips, bring drinks, bring food, clear dishes, bring refills. Some days I just handed the slips in to the kitchen myself. It would be easier for everyone if there was a buffet in the evenings like there is at lunchtime, at least for salad.

The room was large and clean.
The staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant. They (mostly) knew their job.
Nice outdoor area.
Now the negatives:
There wasn't enough space at mealtimes; you felt like you had to rush your food so another family could sit down.
Our food arrived cold, whether it was in the evening or the scrambled eggs in the morning.
The taste was okay, but not exceptional.
The breakfast buffet was the same every morning.
The staff responsible for childcare were incredibly rude. My 5-year-old son asked me what was wrong with the woman.
When my child was asked his age and answered normally, and then an adult woman replied that she was younger than him, only 4 years old, my son, like the rest of my family, found it embarrassing to behave that way. I still wonder what was supposed to be funny about it.
I also work with children, and it would never occur to me to speak to them in such an embarrassing way.
... All in all, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here for three days with our four-year-old grandson.
Everything was great – our grandson was happy. The staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent. We especially appreciated the option of swimming lessons for children. We highly recommend this hotel. Of course, it's important to understand that the focus here is on children, not adults. Another plus – the town center is just a 10-minute walk away (currently at the Christmas market).

Sehr schöne Anlage und auch sehr freundliches Personal, für Familien perfekt. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß um Ortskern.

Uns hat absolut alles gefallen. Für Familien, aber auch für Paare ohne Kinder ist es sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, schöne Lage, Frühstück absolute Spitzenklasse, Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten für Kinder sind sehr hervorragend.
