Location is perfect
Amazing hotel. Beautiful inside and out. The breakfast was great. The beds were really low and the mattress was like a bunk bed quality, very thin and springy.

We chose this hotel as part of an Advent trip with 5 families. It has a great atmosphere, the breakfast left nothing to be desired, there was something for everyone. Everything worked out well at the bar despite the current difficult situation in finding staff. Everything was very harmonious. The inventory in the rooms needs to be renewed as it must be about 30 years old, but it was clean and everything was OK for the price.

I stayed with my spouse in this large hotel from 10 to 12 August 2023. It is a large building called "Castle" in the center of Quedlinburg, equipped with numerous rooms and several large breakfast rooms on the first floor, as well as a courtyard. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom with its own window and walk-in shower. The silence and tranquility at night guaranteed by the fact that it is a historic center where very few vehicles circulate. Even light pollution was absent. The breakfast, served as a buffet, was very rich, both savory and sweet foods. You could also order espresso or cappuccino directly from the staff. Traveling by motorbike, it was very convenient to be able to park the motorbike in the internal courtyard without a surcharge. The building is historic, like almost all of the center of beautiful Quedlinburg, but many (if not all of the rooms) are in a modern extension, in a less than remarkable architecture. Another disappointing aspect was that the restaurant inside the hotel was closed due to staff shortages. A problem encountered throughout Germany this summer. The search for a good restaurant that is open and has space available in Quedlinburg has not always been easy.

Extremely quiet

This is the deluxe room that was renewed on the second day. It seems to be no different than the one on the first day. The floor is on the second floor, but it feels like it lacks the antique and nostalgic meaning. The facilities are complete and the sanitation is good. The service is still difficult to receive in English. Unexpectedly, a city tax of 3 yuan per person per day was charged in the end. This was not shown at the time of booking. However, Ctrip made up the voucher and felt that Ctrip's service was still very good. good

Great location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Only stayed one night so didn't use spa area. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return in the future.
