Terrible hotel where the free Wi-Fi on the 4th floor doesn’t work, and they refuse to give the password for the proper Wi-Fi.

Complete nonsense.

To connect to AirPlay on the TV in the room, you need to connect your phone to the Wi-Fi — but there’s no password available.

It’s a vicious circle and clearly the hotel’s problem. Big dislike.

Yes, I stayed at your hotel for one night, and I am genuinely shocked by my experience. I’ve stayed in countless hotels over the years, yet this is the first time housekeeping has knocked on my door at 8:30 AM. What kind of logic is that? Your check-out time is 12:00 PM, isn’t it? Then why on earth are guests being disturbed so early?

This level of disregard for guests’ privacy is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I passed by dozens of other hotels and even took a taxi specifically to stay at yours, only to be met with this kind of behavior. It’s honestly disappointing.

To be frank, this incident clearly shows how little importance your hotel places on professionalism and guest satisfaction. After this experience, I can confidently say I will not be choosing your hotel again.

Honestly I can’t recommend this hotel. We ended up booking quite late at night (but still a couple hours before arriving) and the room we got hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. Once we had checked in and payed we were unable to get another room. I asked the receptionist for some clean sheets at least so we could remake the beds. He was nice and polite, it wasn’t his fault. But the situation was quite frustrating, especially having to handle late at night.

The bathroom is lovely and the hotel itself is comfortable but the location is so far away from everything it is very offputting. Will most likely not stay here again.
