Excellent hotel for the Wave Gotik Treffen festival. Large, traditional rooms with well appointed bathroom. Family room is great if you need extra space, with the additional lounge area and powder room. Small fridge, safe, and kettle make it easier for semi-self catering. The design is tired and reflective of the 1980s heyday of Leipzig, but the large windows, generous rooms and space make the hotel very comfortable. Bed is comfortable and large. Air-conditioning was an issue on hot days/nights and the smell of cigarettes came up through the vents very strongly from smoking area outside. Curtains had a very strong smell of cigarettes. It was very unpleasant. Rooms could really use a few updates and repairs, but otherwise it is a good place to stay for a week or so for the price. Excellent carpark with good security and lighting. Nice outdoor area with a little pond.

Not value for the money
The food from the restaurant was excellent. The service was super good. The bed was hard, old and worn, so woke with backpains. The pillow was very lumpy. I will not stay there again because off the bad sleeping experience.

Great staff, basic clean room. The hotel look a bit worn but the staff were absolutely fantastic.

Friendly staff and a good, but relatively expensive, breakfast. The hotel is located in a remote area and is difficult to reach by public transport; however, ample parking is available. A small pool and fitness room are also available.

My stay was great , the hotel was in good condition, rooms well equipped and clean when I arrived. Lots of parking which cost €8. Staff extremely friendly. Only minor complaint was I stayed 4 nights and left the note on the door to clean the room twice but it was never cleaned. As it was an apartment, the bins were full to overflowing. Still a minor issue and I would use again

Good Hotel with clean rooms

It was noisy in the evening/night due to various meetings and parties. The room was not even cleaned during the stay and you had to get fresh towels yourself. The towel in the room had been hanging there for so long that it was yellowed and dusty. The non-smoking room used to be a smoker's room (as was my colleague's) and smelled strongly of cold smoke. Breakfast was the only bright spot.

We have stayed as a family for one night, it was terrible.
Room was very old and beds were really uncomfortable.
“TV” belongs to 90s.
Hotel is exactly in the middle of no where.
Price/performance score is zero (if we have a chance minus zero)
Last of all i ve decided to write a letter for German ministry is related about, that hotel does not carry any req of 4 star hotels, that mislead people.
We have stayed as a family for one night, it was terrible.

The apartments are spacious and well designed although a room for four has only one double bed the others have to slept on the couch. Would not recommend for more than 3 adults. Free parking in front limited if none available either paid parking or a few streets away on public industrial parking spaces. Dogs allowed and gee if extra costs.

The rooms are spacious but could use a little touch up. The beds in the luxury double room are unfortunately very small..

I tried to order diner on arrival, which wasn’t possible because “the room service is taken care of by the restaurant which closes at 9pm”
So I tried to order lunch the next day, which wasn’t possible because “due to Covid the restaurant only opens from 6-9pm”.
So I call at 8:30pm and be told that there is “no room service available at all and furthermore there is an event today so the restaurant only serves a buffet and no a la carte.”
Hm... ok... So no food for me here..
Still the staff I met was kind, parking is cheap (5€ a night), the sauna & pool area was opened again, though I didn’t use it, they have a solarium and obviously great events from time to time.
