Hotel is placed in nice area and you don't hear traffic that much. Room was clean, stuff at the reception was polite and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and there are many options to pick from. In the evening we wanted to go to bar, but we waited eternity for barkeepers, because they were moving like in slow motion and they were very busy with their private talk. The same was with trying to pay. It's okay to talk with your colleague from work at work, but try not to make other people wait for you. Four stars are for unfriendly situation at the bar and for really low temperature in room and all hotel. At least in room you could turn on heating knowing that you have guests later and outside is very cold.

Stayed here for one night on our journey from Hungary to the Netherlands.
Spacious room, relaxed bar and decent breakfastcfor an excellent price even including parking in their private parking.

I requested the room to be cleaned several times, but it was never done.

I consider it at most 3 stars. By name it is 4 stars but Very Old furniture, torn bed covers, limited breakfast options, no coffee or tea maker in the room. No water in the room. No Minibar, There is not enough space in front of hotel to park the car. Of one car park there, second car cannot pass. Control of heating system does not work.

Hotel a little outside in the west of Leipzig. Good connections by bus or train. Rooms are a bit dated but acceptable. Breakfast is normal average. Try parking in the underground car park for 15 EUR or in one of the side streets.

No information about the sauna (price, opening times, etc.), average breakfast (poor to no signage about who you are or what ingredients), poor signage of the entrance to the hotel in the dark, very dated, a gift was promised if the room was not cleaned but we didn't get one, bad smell in the room, etc.

We went to leizig for the champions league football. The hotel was in a great location to get to the stadium. The room was basic but met all our requirements. The hotel was very clean. Staff were efficient and professional. We had to leave early for our flight the gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend

We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel.
Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!
