Worst hotel ever!
The hotel location is far away and you have to walk around 10-15 mins to there.
I had a bad experience here. The housekeeper opens the door to clean the room without knowing that I still stayed there. I was woken up two times by housekeeper since they wanted to clean the room without knowing that I still didn’t check out. The room is quite old and the curtain wore out. The smell from the restaurant nearby is quite strong. The smell went out to the checking in zone. I don’t recommend this hotel. It was cheap but not worth it.

The location is horrible, more than 1km away from any public transport like teams, trains, or even bus in an industrial area. Receptionist or all the service people at hotel have no hospitality sense. Breakfast is really bad with little to no option. Staff behavior is bad & very unprofessional. They didn't refill food though breakfast time was not over. They invaded privacy by directly entering into our room. Last but not least their WIFI is worst I found in any hotel till date( intermittent disconnect & slow). Not recommended at all

Man in the reception is so a way from the title of serving others. And dose not mind his own business 🤦‍♂️. Also He knows English and answer in Germany only I speak A1 Germany and was struggling with understanding him but he understood all my English questions

Second thing. I do not know how they rate it as 4 stars hotel and it dose not have an AC it was so hot in the summer.

The room is clean and very good. Big and have also big bathroom. But hot.

Unfortunately, the room I slept in (1 night) was infested with bed bugs and I left with bad allergic reactions due to more than 30 bites. I contacted the hotel 2 days ago and no answer yet. Let's hope we can find a solution and they get the bed/room cleant.
***Update on 26/11: I emailed them 3 times since and received NO REPLY.

Would highly not recommend it! It was an unfortunate experience like from a horror movie! The worst was the behaviour of the staff. The man from the reception came to my room late at night (around 12 am) and after a plenty of knocks on the door and without saying any word that he is from the hotel he tried to open the door with his card. Ich was so scared (he did it twice) After all of the stress he said something and I registered his voice and opened. There was a problem with the transaction, he didn’t apologise for for disturbing me, he didn’t care about the sticker „do not disturb me“ on the door. Hopefully I speak German because otherwise the communication would be impossible, he even didn’t speak a single word in English. Do not make my mistake choosing this place!

Nice personnel. Good bed! But they couldnt compansate for the stinky room - it was clean but was stinking as a sewery. I got headaches both nights. The view is to a DHL truck park. The room rates were high because of a big congress. I was happy they had gluten-free bread for thr breakfast - thanks for that. But pls take care of that smell.

I stayed there because my kid was admitted in the klinikum and this was the only available option at walkable distance. 15min walk from tram station but no supermarket nearby only a shop at the petrol station. Overall room was ok for a night stay, bath was good with hot water, bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast was ok for the price paid. Wifi is not working in the rooms. A little expensive for the price.

It was worst hotel I stay in my whole life. Please do not ignore this review. It do not have anz wifi service and when you ask them for any help. they are racist they just want to speek Dutch and do not want to reply in english they shout on you, beacuse you do not know German.
I did not recommend this stay. washroom are more than worst please check picture in attach.
They ask me to sit in gallary area if you want to use Wifi

I was disappointed in this hotel. Would not recommend. The rooms are very basic and small. Everything is old and seems to fall apart. My room was on the 4th floor (top floor) and it was sooo warm on the corridors! I was happy I could open the big window fully to let it breath fresh air. Concierge was not impressed at all with the complaints about the heath, nothing was done to improve it. The hotel is next to a busy road, which made me wear earplugs at night to cancel the noise.
Location is bad. No public transport options nearby (15 minutes walk) and sharing bikes cannot be used in the area as alternative.
Only plus part I can think of is that the breakfast was okay.
