The hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there is a kettle. I haven’t slept this comfortably in a long time — a very comfortable mattress, a warm, fluffy duvet, and a small soft pillow. If you prefer large pillows, it’s worth asking for a second one.

Breakfast was varied, and you can order fried eggs. Everything was very tasty. The staff were very friendly. On December 26, everyone was given a chocolate *Weihnachtsmann*, which was very nice.

A big plus is the availability of parking. A downside is the parking fee of 20 euros.

The hotel is very close to the center of the city and thus a great starting point for any activity. It is not the most modern one but it is very well cared for. Clean, cozy, and comfortable - we felt immediately at home.

The room had a kettle, plenty of towels, and various little things like tea and coffee. I also particularly liked the box of cotton pads and ear buds—it's nice to have such practical things in the room. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the smell in the room, which was reminiscent of something old. But after a bit of airing, the room was much more pleasant.

The worst bed I've ever slept in. I was there for work and in all my colleagues' rooms there was the same type of horror bed. The hotel is unrenovated, old, the food is mediocre. Instead, the staff is extremely kind and smiling.

The hotel is about 15 minutes (by tram) from the main train station on a street a little away from the city center.

When we arrived at around 11.30 p.m., we were a little disappointed that an international hotel in the Dorint chain no longer serves drinks at the bar, but only has a minimal selection from the reception fridge. In comparatively much smaller hotels, we have often found that the reception is able to serve drinks at the bar.

The room was clean and tidy. The furnishings are from the 90s.

We were offered a junior suite which was very spacious with two baths. The room was really clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. On top of that we were given a voucher for the welcome drinks from the bar which we enjoyed in the biergarten of the hotel. The location of the hotel is very central and breakfast buffet was also very nice. We were delighted with our stay.

This is the first time when a hotel looks much nicer in person than on the pictures. We were very pleased with the room (suite) with two bedroom, two bath. There was a mini fridge and water kettle and a coffee maker in the room. It was clean, quiet, bright and comfortable. Good, practical layout. You have everything you need even for a longer stay. We had breakfast each morning, which was very good. Nothing super outstanding but perfectly fine to start the day with. Next to the hotel there is a little coffee/food shop. The city center about 10 minutes walk, in safe, clean streets, also grocery store not too far. The staff was kind and attentive. Overall very happy with our stay, definitely recommend.

I attended an interview with the football manager Ralf rangnick. The rooms were well prepared and tidied up. Technical equipment was working well. Small beer was too expensive for this event.
