The cleanliness left a lot to be desired or the rooms were unreasonable in terms of cleanliness. The double bed is two single beds put together that were dirty, in the "living room" a broken sofa bed was simply placed over the broken floor. The light in the bathroom is very dim. The highlight was a notice at the entrance that a homeless person uses the toilet in the hallway and spends the night there and therefore has to make sure that the door below is closed. (The operator can not do anything about it, it was still not nice) The opening hours of the reception 4-8 p.m. are clearly too short. You have to borrow a hair dryer at the reception , which is 2 blocks away .
The location was positive and the apartment was very large.
I didn't spend the night there because of the cleanliness and looked for another place to stay. The lady at the reception was very nice and also offered me another apartment, but I was only served there and went somewhere else.
Size of the room and bathroom very good. Towels in the bathroom have seen better times. Nice would be decent seating. Address of the car park was wrong. Reception opening times very sparse, lady at the front desk not very friendly, seemed bored. The price-performance ratio should still be worked.
