parking and proximity to Landesgartenschau . Hotel was vey clean and comfortable
Room o. k. to eat 0815. Who expected a brewery, here are unlucky. Too bad the regionality in the kitchen is no place. There are in the brewery, not even the Torgau beer.
The breakfast did not seem to offer much of a choice; Wi-Fi coverage is too variable depending on the room you are staying in; generally the rooms are clean; the staff does not speak English
Recession & the stars are only for the Restaurant, ambiance ok for a Restaurant could make more in the Brauhof style of what currently makes it the impression of a garden Locally. Staff very friendly, it was perfect, from the food, I'd have me some more local cuisine desired currently too many fried potatoes or French fries.
I had a streak full of bad luck with this Hotel.

Because the Hotel was overbooked, they told me the back way, I can't book. Especially since I had a confirmation. This, however, was not accepted.
The room (top floor) with no air conditioning or fan. Insult to the power of 10.
Noisy because right on the road. The Restaurant made a lot of noise that you could only sleep after 01:00.
Who wants to arrive, I would call 1 day in advance, again if the room is still there.
My Conclusion.
Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Years back, I hit this place upon a bicycle tour. I have been starting at Hamburg, went up the Elbe towards Dresden.
The rumor about a dam trail still exists...
On most places it is even not allowed to ride on the dam. Understand: you may destroy this sensitive construction.
Here I had a night.
Nice and safe place.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Moderate prices.
Good local food and drinks.
It's Germany - it's beer...

Worth to go!
Slept one night at Torgauer Brauhof after playing on In flammen festival. The price was really good, service was fine and the rooms where big, clean and modern. +++ Great beds.
Nice regular room. Good shower. Hotel is not a brew house as title indicates.
Clean, warm friendly crew... This hotel has an in house bowling bahn (alley). Nuff said
