This was my second time as a guest, but due to the disappointment this time it will definitely be the last time. If you are dependent on a socket directly by the bed, you should clarify this at the beginning. However, upon request I was helped with an extension cord. The billing, the check-out was a disaster (but it was not due to the staff present). Breakfast is okay despite everything.

This is a very unique Italian restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. The owners are wonderful people to begin with, that gave that place a lot of charm. The food is a lavish travel through the Italian cuisine and the quality is perfect. Did I mention that they have a great selection of vines and that you need to try their espresso, after all? 3-3.5 stars would be fair. The room was rather large and the bathroom/shower were decent. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but not bad for a 1-2 night stay. The AC wasn’t working properly. Thankfully I stayed there in the fall, so it didn’t get too warm. The staff members were all rather pleasant.

4 stars mainly based on price and value. As a 4 Star hotel it means you get the privilege to pay for Internet $10, parking $7, breakfast $11, and sauna. The room has ac, but it doesn't work well in either of our two rooms. Even cool outside it couldn't cool our rooms after 2 hours. Eventually gave up and opened windows, but fair amount of noise from the street and bugs because no screens on Windows...

We ended up here by coincidence when we were passing through. Booked a family room and everything was amazing, the dinner, the breakfast, the room! But really, this hotel had received the highest score from me only because of the fragrant soap. Everything else is just a bonus! We would love to come back!

The hotel is located right beside a main road so expect heavy road noise. The staff was very polite, but the WiFi was unstable and slow.

Nice Italian Restaurant (Manager Agelo Antoniolli) with superior food and good wine sortiment. Better to reservate a table before visiting to be save. Next the restaurant you have a very good Hotel with Rooms with banion in the bathroom. And you look at the small see of Altenburg.

Reasonable place with a Italian kitchen. The room are clean and well furnished. The hotel nicely located along a small lake running through the town and walking distance to the town square. The only short coming is the wifi connection in the room. Have almost zero connection in the room. But as long u walk out to the open place like the lobby it is OK.

Super nice lady at the reception. For breakfast there is everything you need for breakfast. Unfortunately had to leave earlier, but was cleared without any problems. We will be back. Stay healthy.

A hidden Gem! This great hotel was recently renovated or rebuilt and is centrally located with great access to the inner city pedestrian area. We had a modern room with garage parking and elevator access and could walk to all the central attractions. The hotel staff was very attentive and made our stay with two little children very comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed in the older house. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast very plentiful, lovingly and great made. Wishes are fulfilled immediately (extra water & egg)

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, free parking. They have their own beer garden and a small playground for children. As the hotel is an old factory-style building built into a hillside, the hotel comes with some staircases and uphill walking before you arrive in your room. People with wheelchair should probably better contact the hotel in advance.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring Naumburg. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is varied and rich. A short 2 night stay, the room was very spacious with 2 large single beds, tea/coffee making facilities and mini fridge. The buffet breakfast was very nice plenty of choice with hot and cold options. The restaurant meals were very nice, very tasty and well cooked and not overpriced. We stopped for an emergency overnight stay. Everything was fine. The rooms are large but noticeably dated. Breakfast is okay, but no better than that.

Not value for the money The food from the restaurant was excellent. The service was super good. The bed was hard, old and worn, so woke with backpains. The pillow was very lumpy. I will not stay there again because off the bad sleeping experience.

It was noisy in the evening/night due to various meetings and parties. The room was not even cleaned during the stay and you had to get fresh towels yourself. The towel in the room had been hanging there for so long that it was yellowed and dusty. The non-smoking room used to be a smoker's room (as was my colleague's) and smelled strongly of cold smoke. Breakfast was the only bright spot.

The apartments are spacious and well designed although a room for four has only one double bed the others have to slept on the couch. Would not recommend for more than 3 adults. Free parking in front limited if none available either paid parking or a few streets away on public industrial parking spaces. Dogs allowed and gee if extra costs.

Staff were nice and kind. The building itself is a little old. My room was a bit small and didn’t have a refrigerator. The floor was wooden, and you could hear it creak when walking on it. But overall, it was a good experience.

Clean and comfortable. Parking is free on the street but it may be difficult to find-the hotel has own parking accross tge street ( blue gate) for 8Eur. Big rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Easy to get to from motorway.

The property was very clean and service was very friendly. Only concern was that the area is little out of town and there were drawings on the wall everywhere surrounding. We arrived at the hotel little late on the evening and felt unsafe until we get into the property. I do not recommend to go outside walking in the evening.
