I was there with 5 friends , you just get to the reception and find the friendliest stuff ever !! The rooms are so nice and so clean ! The hospitality is 100/10 . Breakfast is so fresh and so delicious . Stuff is so nice , friendly , and so helpful with information and everything you need to know about the Zeitz . Thank you so much for everything!

First of all, the service guy at the desk was very nice and helpful, although he told me that the schnitzelmanufaktur kitchen closed at 20.00 and that i should go somewhere else, which was wrong. It closed at 22. Nice guy, okay english, we made it work 👍 the room were as expected but the all in one soap produced on China was horrible and didnt feel very pleasant on the skin. It burned in the groin...

Very small hotel in a small city. Rooms with only a single bed and quite low on amenities. Service and breakfast was okay and it's only 5 minutes away from city center.

I'd like to review the hotel in Zeitz where I always stay on business trips. It's super clean, and the breakfast is simply delicious! The staff is very nice and friendly, which always makes you feel well looked after. An additional plus point is the large parking lot right in front of the hotel, and the location in the heart of town couldn't be better. If I stay in Zeitz, it's only here! Highly recommended

This was my second time as a guest, but due to the disappointment this time it will definitely be the last time. If you are dependent on a socket directly by the bed, you should clarify this at the beginning. However, upon request I was helped with an extension cord. The billing, the check-out was a disaster (but it was not due to the staff present). Breakfast is okay despite everything.

This is a very unique Italian restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. The owners are wonderful people to begin with, that gave that place a lot of charm. The food is a lavish travel through the Italian cuisine and the quality is perfect. Did I mention that they have a great selection of vines and that you need to try their espresso, after all? A big hotel in a mid sized city, Victor's core benefits are it's gorgeous interior paired with a great breakfast and bar area. The rooms are alright, clean and big. 3-3.5 stars would be fair. The room was rather large and the bathroom/shower were decent. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but not bad for a 1-2 night stay. The AC wasn’t working properly. Thankfully I stayed there in the fall, so it didn’t get too warm. The staff members were all rather pleasant.

4 stars mainly based on price and value. As a 4 Star hotel it means you get the privilege to pay for Internet $10, parking $7, breakfast $11, and sauna. The room has ac, but it doesn't work well in either of our two rooms. Even cool outside it couldn't cool our rooms after 2 hours. Eventually gave up and opened windows, but fair amount of noise from the street and bugs because no screens on Windows...

Nice Italian Restaurant (Manager Agelo Antoniolli) with superior food and good wine sortiment. Better to reservate a table before visiting to be save. Next the restaurant you have a very good Hotel with Rooms with banion in the bathroom. And you look at the small see of Altenburg.

One room was at the end of a long corridor and above or below a fitness centre which in the middle of the night was very noisy. It sounded as if someone was throwing weights around the place. And another room had spiders in it, crawling over the person in bed and biting her, red spots on her skin, and she had to visit an Apotheke the next day.

Super nice lady at the reception. For breakfast there is everything you need for breakfast. Unfortunately had to leave earlier, but was cleared without any problems. We will be back. Stay healthy.

A hidden Gem! This great hotel was recently renovated or rebuilt and is centrally located with great access to the inner city pedestrian area. We had a modern room with garage parking and elevator access and could walk to all the central attractions. The hotel staff was very attentive and made our stay with two little children very comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, free parking. They have their own beer garden and a small playground for children. As the hotel is an old factory-style building built into a hillside, the hotel comes with some staircases and uphill walking before you arrive in your room. People with wheelchair should probably better contact the hotel in advance.

I spent a weekend at the Hotel am Gutspark and I can definitely recommend it. The owner is really friendly, the rooms are clean, modern, and spacious, and the breakfast offers everything you could want (good standard). Not value for the money The food from the restaurant was excellent. The service was super good. The bed was hard, old and worn, so woke with backpains. The pillow was very lumpy. I will not stay there again because off the bad sleeping experience.

It was noisy in the evening/night due to various meetings and parties. The room was not even cleaned during the stay and you had to get fresh towels yourself. The towel in the room had been hanging there for so long that it was yellowed and dusty. The non-smoking room used to be a smoker's room (as was my colleague's) and smelled strongly of cold smoke. Breakfast was the only bright spot.

Staff were nice and kind. The building itself is a little old. My room was a bit small and didn’t have a refrigerator. The floor was wooden, and you could hear it creak when walking on it. But overall, it was a good experience.
