Hotel room turned out to be a nice small flat, check-in was in a different area than the check-in, but that was okay. Room was freshly painted so a bit nauseating, they could have aired it out a bit more. Not a bad stay.

Clean, comfortable and a great location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Limited but fully adequate breakfast.

Nice hotel in the city center, perfect starting point to walk around town. Breakfast was generous, with good quality ingredients.

Comfortable, helpful staff, terrific pizza restaurant next door, BUT they should highlight how difficult it is to park a car. It beats Basel as car unfriendly. They have a garage, but it's difficult to get to from the hotel.

This was an excellent accommodation that was able to fit my family of six with four young children in two separate rooms without a reservation. It was a spacious place with clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was the usual yummy German fare. The host was fluent in English and was pleasant to chat with. Lovely and conveniently located hotel with really friendly staff. It's a short 10mins walk to the Innerstadt and right next to the main station. The room is really clean and everything is well maintained. Highly recommended!

I can only rate this hotel 5*... my wife got sick after dinner in a sushi restaurant. Next morning we overslept and we were too late for breakfast. We were much surprised that they waited with the breakfast buffet for us! We really appreciate this service. Hotel itself is very clean and conveniently located close to the historical city center.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk outside Lübeck with limited parking outside. The bus station is no more than 3 minutes away. The family room was not spacious, but more than sufficient for one night. The bed was a bit on the soft side. The dining area was real cozy. This hotel is dog friendly.

Nice and central with free parking. Decent breakfast (included) and friendly staff. Only minuse is the lack of ventilation in the room.

August 2nd 2020 for 1 night. Lovely lovely. I believe it.is refurbished. The washroom is beautiful and clean. The room is wonderful and clean with 2.single beds and 2 sofa beds. It was better than the 4 star hotels we went to in Hamburg and Berlin. The breakfast was nice.

July 2020. Room 15. One night stop on way to Berlin - fully refurbed room to high standard. Fantastic shower 💦. Room a little warm at night but fan provided which is a nice touch. Restaurant (you need to book) is very good high quality italian. The pork steaks fantastic 👌🏻👌🏻.

Very nice hotel with big and clean room, nice terrace with the view to the field and nice breakfast. There is a bug parking place available near the hotel. Also the restaurant provide a good and tasty meals for dinner. Make sure to call them or check the opening times. At Thursday the kitchen opens from 17 till 21. The price is higher than average but the meals are really big and tasty.

Simple clean rooms. Mine was a real double-sized bed (as opposed to two twins that are often pushed together) and came with a water. The breakfast for 13 euros is good for the price and service at the front desk was friendly. I am happy they provided real hangers in the rooms. A budget hotel that was clean but dated in decor. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter and whilst we had a kettle, no coffee or tea were provided. If I had asked it probably would of been. The room wasn't serviced, but not an issue for us. Beds comfy enough, tv and internet available. The only real down side for us was there is no facility for leaving luggage for a couple of hours...

Small room on 4th Floor. Only one electrical socket in room, one in bathroom. Not good when trying to charge 2 headsets for motorbike, 2 phones, an ipad and one used for my breathing machine. Perfect location, the rooms are clean but outdated. For 120 euros a night for a small room, you might expect your shower not to be calcified, enough wall outlets for your devices (and one next to your bed), and an alarm clock that can be turned off.

We really enjoyed our stay, our room was spacious with a nice view. It was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast surpassed our expectations it had a big selection of fresh and tasty food items. We would be delighted to return some day.

Just perfect! A perfect stay in a beautiful city, location is perfect in a quiet neighbourhood and 2 minutes walk from the number 12 bus stop which takes you into the city. Cozy hotel in green and silent part of Lübeck. The owners gave us a very friendly reception. We had an excellent breakfast, with details that made us happy, like a boiled egg with a smiling face.

The hotel is located not far from the center of Lübeck, has a private parking and a well-kept garden. The rooms are nicely decorated. The breakfast is good, but it could be a bit better, because there were some fresh fruit and cereas present. You can also take drinks and a few snacks from the refrigerator, these are then paid for at the end of your stay. You can take many trips in Lübeck from here

Such a nice place with very nice staff. Nice breakfast and nice rooms. A taxi into the center of Lübeck costs approximately 20 Euro. Bus no. 11 can be boarded right outside the hotel and this costs 2.80 Euro per person.

We were only there for 1 night. The rooms were clean. The mattresses good. The bathroom was obviously relatively new and also clean. The breakfast had been lovingly put together. If you wanted black tea, you could even choose the type. In the dining room they still used really nice white tablecloths. They have disappeared almost everywhere today. The hotel manager was very nice and helpful.

A small hotel located on a main road on the outskirts of Lübeck. Due to traffic, we didn't arrive until 6:30 PM. We received a code to enter via the doorbell. The key was in the room. The Hotelchen is a somewhat dated and simple small hotel. The room was small and looked clean, except for the carpet, which was truly filthy (why not just have tiled floors?). Good value basic accom with breakfast Good basic guest house very near to station and 10-15 mins walk from hostoric centre. You have control of the heating. Reasonable price. Breakfast (€12.50) good (standard north European buffet) but not available till 8.30. En suite rather cramped - not recommend for anyone overweight or with limited mobility. Also there is no lift (and no ground floor rooms).

Look at the details Old building with nice front view. Extremely clean. Friendly people. But it would be nice if making reservations I would be informed that the toilet and shower are shared by four rooms on our top floor.

Well located for the train station. Short walk into Lubeck. Room was quiet. The single room was quite small but more than adequate. Bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were fine. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The stay as a whole was very good value.

Claimed I didn't stay there when I did, just arrived and left early. Otherwise a good hotel, very close to the station and better price than nearby options.

Hotel is located in central location with a beautiful view to a Gate and river. Was mentioned in a documents( and became a hotel soon after) before Columbus discovered America. How cool :). Fantastic stay - front desk is VERY accommodating in a very non-German way … parking is a bit rough, but the view makes up for that. The breakfast, as with pretty much any German hotel breakfast, is outstanding. Shower is SUPER slippery - careful!

This is a 3-star hotel which has all features you need. The location in the Old Town by the water is superb. Then you meet their wonderful staff which serves the customer like this was a luxury hotel and the 3-star rating changes. Natalya S earns the last star by cleaning a table for us high speed so we can sit down and have breakfast. This hotel comes highly recommended.

Perfectly located, quite, the room was really nice and the staff was lovely. Great breakfast and a quite environment. Nice public rooms to spend time in during the early morning hours when the rest of the family was sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It's in a great location close to the station and the center. The lobby area is beautiful and calm and even has a play area for children. There is a wonderful sauna area that you can pre-book fre of charge as well that I highly recommend. But the best part is the friendly staff that made the stay very pleasant. This is nowy go to hotel when I visit the city.

My kids said the family room was, "the best hotel room ever." Very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, even when the kids were constantly asking for candy and when we needed last-minute help with finding a bus connection.

Small, clean Hotel with small rooms. Loved the view from the (also small) balkony. Would recommend it, if you don't need much space and just want to stay there to sleep.

The hotel staff was very kind, I had many useful answers from him. And the apartment was so good and clean. I could feel at home here and I ,my husband and my kids were satisfied with this apartment hotel. Forethemore, it had a great view over the window and places(cityhall, cathedrals and supermarket) nearly. If I travel Lubeck, I will stay here again.

Perfect for a break of journey, it was great to be close to the station. Room was compact but clean and bright, comfortable beds, good shower, good free wifi. Remote check in process was super efficient, and it was great to have until 12 to check out as we could leave our luggage in the room and visit some of the city before moving on.

We stayed with a group of 19 people. On our trip through Europe. And we are very happy with our stay
