The rooms are more "budget" than I would have imagined. Everything is clean, except the air in the common areas of the hotel, which has a certain smell of cigarettes. The breakfast is good quality: simple but fresh and tasty.
The building has a bit worn-out feel, but the room was clean, the late night machine check-in went smoothly, and the lady at the reception next morning was nice.
The biggest surprise was the breakfast. Last time I had breakfast at an Ibis Budget was years ago, and at that time it was just a toast, basic yoghurt and jam. This time, I could choose between fresh bread rolls and bretzel-brotchen, cheese, several kinds of ham, boiled eggs, tomatoes, yoghurt and I don't even remember what else. Coffee, milk and an assortment of tea to drink. 4.5 stars because of the breakfast, but seeing the scores in the other reviews... Let's round it up to 5.

Dirty, awful and expensive, very disappointing breakfast. For a couple of bucks more you can find something better at the downtown
Despite it is a Ibis Budget the room was very spacious. Everything was clean. Breakfast was really good for a fair price (€7.5) and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It's not in the center of the city but it's super easy to get to the city.
Clean room to Sleep once, it is sufficient, but it is as expected in this category.

Stay/duration of stay: 25/07/15 14.55-15:15 - stay costs 20 minutes (: 36 EUro) room 121: a flushing toilet is running, pubic hair on the toilet, filthy carpet, spider on the ceiling, walls, and heating in a miserable state. Reception shows unapologetic. In 20 years, it has ventured so far no one, to me such miserable accommodation. That was it then probably with IBIS Budget. Me you can't see. Booking number : CNHBRFQT
This is exactly what you can expect for a 34 euros per night. Bed is big, TV is HD, the bathroom was clean and front Desk very nice and accommodating. Partially, because they want to give the customer a lot of anonymity, which then comes partially ominously over.
A very simple Hotel, but Beds are very OK, good TV, a really working, free WLAN... Don't like the very small Toilet/Shower that's comparable with a campermobile's shower/toilet
