I arrived at 10pm, and left again at 06:30 the next morning, so I did not interact or even see any staff. Everything worked as advertised with codes, the room was great and as expected for the price. There was even air-conditioning, not a normal thing in Germany, and it was hot out, so that was really appreciated.
My one issue, no coffee. This is so German. There was a machine in the lobby but it only accepted exact change. Time to update the machine for one that accepts credit cards.

Good starting point for shopping.
Room clean, perfectly fine for one night.
Breakfast room definitely too small. Tables aren't wiped down. Very unclean. When asked, they were just annoyed.

It was quite good and suited us well; the price for a room was perfectly reasonable. I will definitely come back here.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station. It is about a 10-minute walk to the city center. The room was clean and the service at reception was very friendly and helpful. We can't say anything about the breakfast because we ate breakfast out.

I have stayed before in this hotel chain. With the price I paid, I did not expected more. I chose this hotel because it was very close to the train station, less than 5 minute walking, and that time I had a train at 5:30 in the morning. I did not meet any hotel staff, all check-in and check-out were done digitally. This is very advantageous for young people, but I would not recommend such service for old people travelling without young guide.

We came as a family of 3 and stayed only 1 night. Therefore the location of the hotel was perfect. We walked all over town and had a great time. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the breakfast buffet in the morning. There was something for everybody flavor. When we go back, we’ll stay here again.
