Great location for visiting the Christmas market, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking and breakfast were convenient, and the room with two bunk beds was surprisingly spacious. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were professional and spoke excellent English, making the stay smooth and comfortable.

Room: pleasantly furnished and sufficiently large Sleeping comfort: good; good bed size at least for one person Desk: ok, sufficient for a little work Bathroom: sufficiently large Heating: works well (which unfortunately isn't the case everywhere) Staff: very friendly Parking: sufficient in front of the hotel and free of charge WiFi: good Breakfast: buffet with sufficient selection Location: somewhat outside the hotel Dinner in the hotel was very tasty and reasonably priced!

Nice a bit outside Erfurt. I've stayed here many times on business trips; can't complain! They even have a charger for EV cars, which is nice (costs I think €20 per charge, but was nice to have to charge my car overnight).

The hotel appeared to be fully booked. There weren't enough parking spaces, nor were there enough places for breakfast. This resulted in unnecessary waiting times. However, the staff were consistently friendly and tried to resolve the situation.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, and very friendly staff.
If we ever travel to Erfurt again, we would definitely book there again!
