My stay at the Hotel WILNA was very pleasant and I will definitely come back again. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are all renovated and extremely well furnished.
The staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful.

Friendly Service Forces. Location is in the new development, and more for installers and service technicians. Hotel Parking free of charge. Wi-Fi unfortunately, only 1h hour free of charge, for a Hotel. Rooms on the top floor with great view, small but fine.

Unfortunately I had only a short stay, but I was able to enjoy in a spacious room. The staff was consistently friendly. If I am once again in Erfurt, stay here I'll be back!

The Hotel has good transport links. For cars, Parking spaces are enough available, which are located behind the Hotel. It is these Parking directly input to visit because the main Parking is scarce. Through the back entrance you reach the front Desk as well as through the main entrance. At the reception you will be greeted warmly. To the center one arrives best with the tram no. 6. At the reception Tickets will be sold.
Not all the rooms are with the Lift does not directly reachable. For wheelchair users it is recommended to book early and to ask about accessibility. The double rooms are very spacious and equipped according to the price. The bathroom is huge. The double room was clean and in good condition. A balcony was not available, this is the same for all rooms.
The Breakfast is good, the service attentive.

The room is a converted 1-room-apartment. The cleanliness is in order. The decor of the room and hotel is not appealing and lacking in style. The Breakfast selection is unloving and the operation overwhelmed.
