We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The hotel very friendly to families with children. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily every day. Change of towels with new ones every day. Thank you Axos team! We had a fantastic 5 days right at the start of the summer season. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. Whilst it’s definitely the people who make the place so fantastic, the rooms were bright and clean with everything you could want for a self-catered holiday. Breakfast included was also a very welcome addition!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool area was awesome. The location was near to the beach and there were plenty of shops and eating places nearby. After checkout I was able to use the pool area and there was a complimentary change area to use before we went to the airport.

We spent a week with my family during July there. The location of the apartments is very close at the sea/pool and very close at the center where you can find several places for drinks, dinner, market etc. The rooms were very clean, quiet and spacious. We stayed at superior studio annex (renovated) ,it is a little bit noisy because it s near the main street.The owner was friendly and helped us with any problems we encountered. As a suggestion, an insect net in the bathroom would be necessary.

Excellent apartment very close to beach. Room facilities were good, apart from a short shower curtain that allowed water onto floor. A little too far from old town, we did walk in a couple of times but got a taxi most times!

Melitti hotel is a nice and safe place to stay for families with or without kids. It' s very tidy (they clean every day) and quiet there. If you are looking for an affordable stay for your Rethymno vacation Melitti Hotel is a good choice. The hotel is what you would expect from a two star hotel. The rooms are okey with decent pantry, a balcony and basic utilities. Solid but kinda generic hotel with lovely staff

Old hotel, but very clean thanks to the wonderful staff and owners. I've never experienced such caring staff in any hotel till now. The view from the hotel balcony is amazing, especially during the sunset.

The two star hotel. Breakfast always the same and poor … the cleaning lady has the main voice and will scream at you if you do not clean your feet before you enter the hotel… But, location is great, just across the beach that is wide and sandy… the see is open and can be wavy but clean.

We haven't stayed to their Hotel but we did use sun-beds. The best service we've found on Rethymno beach, prices of drinks are reasonable and you can get extra umbrella if needed. Staff is also really friendly, we will come to this place again!

I stayed in the hotel for only three nights but i can tell for sure that it was one of the greatest experience i have had of a hotel. Didn't stay at the hotel, but used their beach. They have awesome service, comfortable beds and large umbrellas (with thick cloth, so the shade is great, unlike some other beaches around), with free extra smaller umbrella. Everything is free, you only pay for the drinks/food, which are normally priced.

Hotel is in the heart of Chania tourist area. Small room but it had a small bed higher up, accessible by a small ladder. Finding the place was tricky as few Ink's in the area. Confusing part was getting the key, which you get from an alternate Ink location. This was not notified in the reservation detail and I only found out because one of the guests told me. We stayed here for two nights. The location in the old town is great, everything is near. The room was clean, with everything you need, even the iron. Wifi was great. One notice to people with car, you can park for free about 5-10 minutes from a hotel, there is parking space by the street right below the fortress. Also, there are paid parkings nearby.

It was our first trip to Crete and Ariadne Hotel was a very good host. For me the shower was a little bit uncomfortable, and the bed was noisy, but it's totally worth it for the price. So i was there with my family and it was very good. Like the service was always nice. The location was good but it could be better. And there was only one thing that was a bit wierd. We really enjoyed our stay in the split level suite. Spacious, clean and modern. The hotel is located close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Tidy, cozy, pleasant, not the most modern, but perfect value for money. The hotel has its own beach, the sea is clean and very warm (August). The pool is also clean. The staff is very kind and friendly. Maybe a mistake: wifi is very weak.

For families on a budget (or who dont want to vaste money on a fancy place) this is a nice place. Simple, but clean. Give it 4 star due to what you get for the price.. its definitly not a 4 star hotel.
