Great experience and holiday, thank you Ydoria resort, food was excellent and couldnt have asked for more, holiday as planned, chilling by the pool and being entertained by the excellent entertainment team of Tekla, Angela and Rico ! I certainly recommend this hotel. It's suitable for families with the kids. My son enjoyed the pool with slides. Despite there being only a handful of reviews (all of them positive) after this hotel was recently taken over and renovated, we decided to take a chance and book this for our family summer holiday. We hadn’t been all inclusive since before kids and had experience and read stories of poor quality food that had sat for hours at other resorts. I don't usually write reviews, but because it's a newly renovated hotel, it deserves all the credit. It's a beautiful, modern hotel. Everything is easily accessible, with plenty of pools (6) and three fun slides. Not too crowded. The staff is customer-friendly. The cleaners always make sure everything is clean. Bar and buffet staff work hard and remain friendly. Everyone at the front desk is also happy...

We really liked the room with a private pool, they cleaned the room every day, they gave us 1 liter of drinking water every day. The activities were great for children and adults. We stayed at Ydoria Resort near Rethymno and it was amazing. The hotel is clean, new and peaceful despite being near the road (don't let that discourage you!). We highly recommend this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff were lovely, especially Anna. Everything within the hotel is perfectly situated and having the beach so near was lovely. I cannot thank the staff enough for making my mum feel so special on her birthday, from the balloons and fizz in the room to the birthday cake at the end of our meal. We went to this hotel as a quick honeymoon after our wedding. Couldn't have been happier with it. The staff were lovely and all super friendly. The drinks selection was great and so was the food. It is in a great location right next to the beach and near some great local restaurants and shops. The hotel was always very clean and tidy also. Cant recommend this place enough.

I was there on family holidays with our 3 years old son. We enjoyed nice and clean room(cleaned every day) with aircondition, clean and warm swimming pools, tasty food and friendly staff. Bad wifi connection, good location between Chania and Heraklion and all things we wanted to see. Parking space on the quiet street behind the hotel.

Good value for money. Way to the beach is through the Maravel Hotel, about 200 meters from the reception. The food was varied and tasty. But there are small little things, that can be improved relatively easily and cheaply, for me I would put another trash in the room, hang curtains around the bed lounges and repair the machines in the gym - half is out of order. And I really don't understand at all...

Great place to stay and chill, all Staff really nice and helpful + food and drinks are various and really tasty. I am happy I was in this place during my holidays.

Amazing hotel. The management is always at your disposal and ready to assist. The housekeeping is doing a great job since the rooms are clean. Food always fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back next year.

The strongest point was the meals, they were very varied and delicious. As for the location, it is also a strong point. The attractions in the hotel were varied, the layout of the relaxation area, the bar and the pool are also great. The only small downside is the size of the bathroom (superior room) and the air-conditioning was a bit outdated. Service at a high level.

Well what can I say. Good point was the staff are friendly and helpfull. We stayed for 7 nights only had hot water twice. Shower was waist hight, so difficult to use and dirty. Needs to be upgraded asap. We went all inclusive, my goodness, did it get boring. Same food over and over again. With only slight changes. Had the same pudding lunch and dinner for 7 days! Very limited drinks included...

We stayed here for five days and all the staff were so welcoming and eager to please, we felt right at home. There is a beach right across the road which was lovely. Our room was basic but clean, the showers were quite cold but with the hot weather this wasn't much of an issue! I stayed there for 7 days. It was a pleasant stay with minor problems, for example wifi was terrible - signal strength and reach was weak. Food was tasty and diverse for this standard. The best thing about the place were the people working there, mutual respect goes a long way :)

Great service. The hotel is located literally in the middle of nowhere so renting a car is a must. Rooms were cleaned everyday, food was great. A/C worked without a flaw.
