The Aquila Rithymna Beach is rated as a 5 star hotel possibly because of the proximity to the beach, waterpark and children's facilities, it's an ideal family hotel, however in my opinion it isn't suitable for couples or single people. This was such an incredible resort. The staff is absolutely impeccable and their beachside/poolside service was amazing. The buffet was impressive and the food was absolutely delicious. I’d go back over and over.

Amazing resort and beach. Food was epic and the service around the pool really great. Just make sure to download the group app and book your restaurants as soon as you are confirmed. Got upgraded to a swim up room too so that was pretty special.

Mine and my partner’s stay at the Luxme white was absolutely fantastic from the location to the food and facilities were amazing. Everyday there was always something to do with amazing evening activities for everyone to get involved with the rooms were superb with amazing air conditioning. This hotel has everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. I especially enjoyed the spa. I had two massages there, and I’ve never been more relaxed thanks to Stefanos and Hosmik. I can only recommend you visit them during your stay at this hotel.

We spent 5 days in the Rethymno Palace as a couple, our teenage daughter and 4 of her friends. It's a nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool and direct access to beach and sea. We booked a massage in the Spa with the very friendly spa manager Hasmik. I got a really relaxing massage from the masseur Stefanos who was able to give me advice for my back problem.

Beautiful setting and ambient! Very attentive and friendly staff! A place I would definitely recommend and return! THANK YOU GUYS!

The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

Normal aprtment-hotel. Got lucky and got a room with a ocean view from the balcony which was very nice. Good service, very nice pool area, also for kids. Wifi was unstable and had a poor connectivity to our room. Nice stores, cafes and restaurants right around the corner. Overall a nice experience as long as you don’t expect a five star hotel :)

This place was perfect for our family in the age of 14 yrs to 48 yrs. Nice rooms, pool area and close to the beach. Great breakfast and good coffee. The Gym was ok, but very limited. We did not use the SPA.
