Aristea and pavlos made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in until departing. The hotel was good , some of the staff were great and it has a lot of amenities. Pool is a good size, a bar and Stalis beach is moments away . If we come back to this part of the island again we would stay again.

Good place for a couple of days or a week. Decent accomodation. If you choose breakfast you get a decent meal în the morning. The owner of the hotel is nice and can give you advices. The Stalis Hotel has all a tourist will need, nice rooms, good food, friendly stuff. I enjoyed beach and beach bar. We have just stayed at Parthenis beach suits and it was perfect. A group of 13 of us with mixed ages from 19 to 63 and everyone loved the place. Accommodation great, the beds are so comfortable. Nice small hotel with a clean comfortable rooms, a pool and restaurant both with sea view. It is located on the coast and has a nice sandy beach. Sunbeds by the pool were comfortable. It was quiet and not too crowded at the end of the high season, a perfect time to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. The breakfasts were quite good, but some of the dinner dishes were not very tasty.

This is my friends and mine second year staying here, and it’s great. The staff are lovely and so welcoming and are always approachable and talkative. We relocated to this hotel because of M issue with the original one. We didn't have full money at the time because we were waiting on a refund. Located in a quiet area to relax without noise. Staff is excellent, we got lots of info to explore crete and many hidden places... Great location, nice and quiet place, not too big and all the personele is very friendly … CHARMING ! Clean confortable room, good bed, we were incredibly helped by Aspa, she could give recomendations, directions and even concrete help when we lost a wallet in the public transportation. This was fine for a one night stay. But the AC was pretty dirty and the overall layout of the room was inconvenient. The bed offered no blanket, just a sheet.

We booked the Charm Hotel for 3 nights. The superior double room was clean and nice furnished. The breakfast was delicious. The staff (Katerina and Antonis) very friendly. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

Excellent apartments, depending on their location within the hotel. Large rooms with convenient layouts. Self-catering amenities are available. There's a large supermarket just across the street, and the sea is a 7-10-minute walk away with good access. There's another inexpensive supermarket on the way to the beach. The sea is very warm and clear.

Small, almost cozy, with large rooms and huge balconies. The linens are definitely very old—that's a downside. There are shops and stalls nearby, and a fishmonger nearby (they have the freshest seafood). A room overlooking the courtyard would be preferable; it's quieter there, but the smell of sewage can sometimes be overwhelming. Overall, it's a great budget choice; we loved it. Nice friendly place for a good quality drink shame more people don’t use it though

Central location, friendly staff, clean rooms, however not enough space or equipment for cooking if you were planning to self cater. Room had air con which was a nice extra as the days were very warm. Would definitely stay again, nothing fancy but if all you are looking for is a base of operations and somewhere to sleep.

We booked this accommodation last minute with TUI holidays and I feel I must review. The apartment was spacious, functional and comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants we were very impressed. This may not be modern or top notch, however the facilities are great, with all you need for a relaxing holiday.

It was a wonderful stay in these apartments, in the heart of the city. Perfect size rooms with beautiful mountain views. The owner of the apartments is nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Erofili apartments! I stayed there with my family and friend. Great location but the most important is that the family who owns it and their staff are extremely welcoming, caring and react quickly to any upcoming request.
