Literally came back yesterday. Honestly the most beautiful and friendlist hotel i have ever been to. We had room 405 lovely. Had everything we needed. We arrived late in the evening not expecting to be able to eat anything but the restaurant had left us a meal with bread and fruit plate. So kind and attentive. The pools were amazing. Amazing 5 star Resort for couples who wants a romantic getaway. We went there in early November and had a nice experience with the Spa and Wellness Team: Wendy, Christina and Tina. We enjoyed 90 minutes Cretean massage and facials. Highly recommend to spend some extra bucks to get nice and relaxing time.

Overall a great stay. The room was a bit small, no coffee service in the room. Booked the Superior Bungalow Sea View - we were pretty far back from the ocean. There were bungalows right along the beach area so not sure what the difference was. Otherwise the stay was great - excellent breakfast, staff was top notch.

I was with my mother for a week in June in this hotel. The hotel deserves a 5-star rating because of the staff. The staff are very nice and helpful. A peaceful, well-kept hotel with spotless rooms cleaned daily. The food is delicious and thoughtfully prepared, while the bar serves excellent cocktails. Service is warm and welcoming, making for a truly relaxing stay. The only drawback is the lack of a separate smoking area, leaving non-smokers and families exposed to cigarette smoke outside.

Stayed here in June. Studio had a shop like shutter. Buffet food was extremely cheap, however I enjoyed the Greek dishes. The location wasn’t great, area was rather run down. Staff were very friendly and it was great there were two pools with comfy sun loungers.

We had a good stay! However, you have to pay for the sun loungers at the pool. The staff is very, very friendly, except for the head waiter. Unfortunately, one waiter (George) is quite unfriendly and does not treat the guests well. The hotel is very clean, and the food is good.

The absolute top thing about this hotel is the beachfront location (deluxe room felt like we're almost on the sea) and the actual area that is taken care off and kept clean exceptionally.

Lovely hotel to stay at. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and it is not so crowed like the those bigger resort/hotels. The staff were very friendly and the service was always done with a smile. It is located a street back from the beach which adds to the intimacy of the place. If you like the quiet and chill out feeling when on holidays, then this is a hotel to consider on the top of your list.

We found the Happy Days to be in an ideal spot for the old village, and not far from the main ***** .The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were cleaned regularly, and bedding and towels were changed at least 4 times a week .We used the bus to get around the island,which was cheap and easy. Unfortunately tonight we raised the fact that the chicken kebabs were not cooked properly and still pink inside. Disappointing that the tray wasn’t removed from the buffet to be cooked properly, we only received a sorry apology after an example was shown to the chef.

Great location, nice beach. The hotel is good but not great. The food in the restaurant is very low quality, the breakfast was always the same, the coffee machine is so slow. I've seen turtles moved faster that the waiter in the restaurant, one day we ask for beers and we were almost in the desert when the beers arrived. The room was clean and spacious.

I stayed 15 days in this hotel and I greatly appreciated the welcome, the smiles.... The swimming pool is very pleasant, close to everything, I highly recommend it, far from hotels where there are 1500 people.. This hotel is perfect.

Friendly and nice place close to the beach, shops, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy. The accomodation has a pool, balcony and nice owner who helps you everything you need. We could park in front of the building on the street.

The hotel delivered what made us choose it: location right in front of the beach, pool, nearby a broad offer of restaurants and other commodities. We were also positively impress by the service minded personnel. However, the cleaning was poor. The floor was often full of sand and dust were never cleaned from the surfaces.

We visited for the day to use the sun loungers on the beach. Sun loungers were €12 for two plus parasol. Great quality loungers and luxurious thick and comfy mattresses. Quiet side of Malia beach and great spot. Had the best strawberry daiquiris we’ve had,the other cocktails were good too! I had a really nice time here, rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom was really modern. And the view was magnificent. I had a view over the pool and the nice blue sea. The people that worked there are really nice and helpful.

Didn’t stay at the apartments but used the cafe/bar and beach beds daily. Super comfy beds and great food with friendly staff. Thank you for the raki with honey which was delicious. Great place not to be missed. Beach beds are 10€ per day but so luxurious. Very clean toilets at rear of bar. Thank you guys.

I haven't stayed in a hotel but I've spent two very nice days on the beach. Sunbeds are for very reasonable price (normal 6€ per set, more comfy one 10€ per set). There is a shower on a beach and very clean restroom just few steps from the beach. Staff are also very friendly here.

This self catering hotel suited us perfectly as it had a great pool which was not busy and it was only a few steps down onto the sandy beach. The towels in the room were changed daily (if we wanted them to be changed) and beds made etc. It is not the 4 star facility that some people would want, but if you do not want all the bells and whistles and just want a lovely family run self catering hotel in...
