I stayed at Blue Sea Beach with my (new!) fiancé. He proposed to me on the beach with the help of hotel manager Yiannis, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. Well i'm not impressed from this resort! ,up on arrival was supposed to be picked up from the hotel we needed to get cap from the airport to the hotel at 1 am in the morning….plus the property has no sand beaches only rocks around and swimming pool over crowded we walk a mile to the nice beaches!!! Other than that everything was good plenty of food home made friendly staff easy to communicate!!!

My daughter and I had such a good experience with this hotel. The staff was spot on and the food was wonderful. The view from my balcony was gorgeous. If we ate outside the hotel, The gentleman who worked at the entrance by the gate gave us some good options to choose from. I would def stay again and do recommend it.

Great view from the room, super friendly staff from reeption through husekeeping till the restaurnt staff everyone was very kind and helpful. The food optios are great and the food is always fresh, the chef is there to assist with allergies or food intolarences. Upon request early breakfast and lunch basket is available. At the end of August, my wife and I organized a wedding in Crete. We accommodated all our guests in the Horizon hotel, which was a hit. Everyone was very satisfied. The reception staff were very helpful, the cleaning team was thorough. The food was always tasty and fresh. I recommend it wholeheartedly. hearts. Hotel worth the price. Spectacular view.

The stay at the hotel was very relaxing. The food is healthy and tasty. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Massages are also offered. FABULOUS family run boutique hotel right on the beach, 10min walk to the center of Malia. We had an amazing suite with sea view and whirlpool on our private terrace, coffee machine & fridge, modern & stylish design, very comfy beds & pillows (which is rare!) and blackout curtains. Without doubt the best Hotel we have ever stayed at. From the location to the facilities everything was perfect. The owners Manos and Tula helped by their lovely children couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is just a 3minute walk from Hersonissos downtown! The stuff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was decent, clean and the food is average but a significant value for money! On the bright side, the road of the premises is quiet and peaceful during the night!

First of all, this is a budget-friendly accommodation. I’ve been visiting Hersonissos since 1997 and this was not my first time staying at Vasso hotel (previously known as)..They’ve partially renovated the place meaning the furniture and decorations may seem a bit off. We didn't have big demands, the room and the hotel were fine, we asked the staff where to go for a bath and for food and they pointed us to the best locations, we stayed 3 days. Everything we asked from the hotel staff was done immediately, for example toilet paper. The food was buffet style and you could choose from a wide variety of meats and vegetables. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always available. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Very welcoming spot, just off the Main Street and 5 minutes from the beach, staff in the hotel are very friendly and will do everything to ensure your stay is just right. Place is spotlessly clean and well kept. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars/coffee shops around to enjoy.

Overall good apartments tho pool is tiny. However prepare yourselves for unexpected fees, as the host will find any reason to charge you extra fees at the end of your stay. Would only recommend if you don’t mind being charged more than agreed.
