There was a lovely water channel outside our room and a water station nearby which was useful. The toiletries were very nice and we also had a free mini bar. The hotel is very clean and the grounds well maintained

The indoor pool was very cold and you had to wear shoes and dry yourself between being in the pool and going to the steam room etc. as well as having a shower in between also. It was very strict and not relaxed

The food was a very high quality and the cakes etc beautifully presented. The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant. There was a Dr there 6 days a week. We were less impressed with the Spa

Service was excellent and special mention to Kostas at La Strada and the drinks waitress (sorry I didn't get your name) at The Steak Restaurant

Food was excellent and the a la carte restaurants were the best ones we've ever experienced in any all-inclusive hotels we've stayed in

We went with TUI and there was no welcome meeting. We spoke to some German representatives who were not that helpful or pleasant

Just excellent. We went here with our 1 year son, Big Baby. Nice aquapark and good view over sea. Also very nice food.

Maybe the pool could be opened earlier than 9am

At the end of August, my wife and I organized a wedding in Crete. We accommodated all our guests in the Horizon hotel, which was a hit. The reception staff were very helpful, the cleaning team was thorough

If we ate outside the hotel, The gentleman who worked at the entrance by the gate gave us some good options to choose from. I would def stay again and do recommend it

My daughter and I had such a good experience with this hotel. The staff was spot on and the food was wonderful. The view from my balcony was gorgeous

The children's facilities are excellent,with plenty of fun and safe areas to play around. Our son was playing from day to night. We absolutely loved seeing him engaging and having so much fun

Hiii! This May i went to the Cactus Beach Hotel in Stalis, Greece with two of my best friends

We had the best time there!! The resort is beautiful, the food was so nice and all the people were so nice and helpfull! The Pink Wave animation team was the best!! We had the best time with them and we did a lot of fun activities, Thank you very much to Nas, Lynn, Samuele, Gabriel, Lina and Alessia! We will definitely be back! We highly recommend cactus beach resort and hopefully we can come back next year

The location was very nice, just a few steps away from the sea, where there is a nice beach. There was also a pub at the beach to get drinks and snacks: very relaxing. The Hotel was very well cared for, and very clean

There were several buildings with each their own pool, and a central swimming place with slides. Also, there was animation, from yoga and water noodling to bingo and disco

The food is excellent, we ate lunch here on four occasion's and each time the food was amazing. Ronnie will reserve your beds on the beach, take orders for lunch whilst you sunbathe and call you when its ready

We arrived very late on the Sunday and were met by Peter who stayed up late to greet us, a nice touch indeed. This place is excellent in all ways , very well kept, very clean and very quiet

Amazing hospitality, personalised attention to another level. The most amazing boutique hotel with a fantastic location. Waking up to the fresh morning air and a fabulous view of the sea

Top all of this with an amazing host in Peter who takes care of you as his own. Would love to come back here and strongly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Stalis

Centrally located in Stalis with pool and pool bar. Rooms with air conditioning and safe. Only a minute or two from the nearest Taverna and shops. The sea is just a few hundred metres away

This is the 4th time I have stayed here, great central location for beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Family run hotel who are all very friendly and helpful. Love it here.

The main bus route Malia to Heraklion passes a short distance away. I thoroughly recommend Irilena

Basic but very nice. Perfect basecamp for those who like to venture out. Close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Really loved eating breakfast on the balcony while watching the goats on the hillside in the mornings.

Recently returned from a fabulous holiday at the W Suites with my parents and son. From the moment we arrived Nikos and all the staff made us feel so welcome

Beer was cold, the pool snacks were decent and the breakfast was limited but fresh. Situated between Stalis and Malia you won’t get bored, lots of bars, restaurants and the beach is lovely

The two swimming pools offer options for coolness and relaxation, while the snacks and drinks are always tasty and well-prepared. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, making you feel comfortable from the first moment

The apartment was spacious, spotless and towels changed daily. The pool area was clean and never crowded, we used the adult only pool next to the bar but there is another larger pool as well for families

Very nice people! Clean, a beautiful pool and "Medusa" is wonderful!! The rooms are excellent and Malia are 20 minutes away by foot!!

The pool area was perfect, we spent most of our days at the family pool which was never busy and had plenty of sun beds
