Hotels with sauna in Stalis

Bus stop 29 is a a 5 min walk from the hotel and takes you to Héraklion for only 4 Euro per person! Ignore the review that says no direct access to the beach from the hotel (unless you require step free access)

Caught the public bus (3 min walk from hotel) to Heraklion. Had to speak with the general manager before I left, expressing my gratitude to the team. Only one issue, I wish I found this place sooner! See you in 2026

Georgia at the hotel bar, made me feel equally welcome The room was perfect! Overlooking the sea. Just wonderful Facilities, perfect! Used the gym, and spa. Both pools great with superb views

This was my first solo holiday. A single 50 something female, wanting a hotel that was big enough for me to blend, yet small enough for staff to care! I was anxious when I first arrived

Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea, was my favourite place every morning. Location, perfect! In the middle of Stalis, I ran minimum of 4 miles very every morning

There is a single flight of stairs just outside the dining room which takes you out to the rear of the hotel, then turn left and the path goes right onto the beach

Some rooms have pools that you pay extra for but please be aware if you pay for 1 the hotel should be opposite way round because the sun hits the door going into the room and doesn’t really hit the pools to warm them enough to use

When i booked this hotel it was because weve never been to Crete but id heard of Stalis so decided to try it and wasn’t disappointed, the only thing i would say is before you book check if your actually in hotel grounds or in the annexe, because if your in the annexe its about 100 yards up the road from the main hotel

Just got bk frm staying at the blue sea beach hotel with our friends. Fantastic holiday frm start to finish. The staff were Amazing couldn't do enough for you. They were all so friendly and made our stay so enjoyable

Just come back from 10 days staying here, lovely hotel brilliantly placed facing sea, the food was amazing and catered to all countries, while we was there it was mainly Germans and Latvians but we didn’t have any issues about it, everyone was friendly enough

Every aspect of our holiday was 5 star, the service from each member of staff was impeccable, our room was modern, spacious and clean, and the food was varied and delicious. A truly lovely place, full of wonderful people

The rooms in the annexe are nice and very clean but small, we had 2 single beds pushed together with the bathroom at side of bed, and you need to keep door shut because every so often the drain in the bathroom reek

At the end of August, my wife and I organized a wedding in Crete. We accommodated all our guests in the Horizon hotel, which was a hit. The reception staff were very helpful, the cleaning team was thorough

The food optios are great and the food is always fresh, the chef is there to assist with allergies or food intolarences. Upon request early breakfast and lunch basket is available

If we ate outside the hotel, The gentleman who worked at the entrance by the gate gave us some good options to choose from. I would def stay again and do recommend it

My daughter and I had such a good experience with this hotel. The staff was spot on and the food was wonderful. The view from my balcony was gorgeous

Great view from the room, super friendly staff from reeption through husekeeping till the restaurnt staff everyone was very kind and helpful

Just excellent. We went here with our 1 year son, Big Baby. Nice aquapark and good view over sea. Also very nice food.

This was the second time staying in cactus beach and It was as amazing as the first time. Τhe buffet was incredible it had a huge selection with tasty food,very presentable. The stuff was friendly and helpful

Clean rooms, decent all inclusive drinks, diverse food with section for toddlers and plastic plates. Beach - great! (Need to pay extra for sun beds, but there is space to just drop towels on the right)

Good hotel for the adults and for children. Nice rooms and friendly service Staff. The only issue are the beach beds not for free. But the sea is wonderfull. You will surely enjoy your holiday here🙂

The children's facilities are excellent,with plenty of fun and safe areas to play around. Our son was playing from day to night. We absolutely loved seeing him engaging and having so much fun

Very professional people very professional service and with all inclusive you have food and drinks the whole time till 11 o’clock at night and you have early breakfast also

It starts at 4am, so if you have to travel to visit other places or do some activities you can get breakfast and start your day. So they think about everything

Second problem the room the family 2 girls and a boy (family 2 of them were adults) was allocated was a double bed and a bed settee we had asked for a family double room, 1am in the morning we told them to use the room and was assured the room would be changed in the morning - to give credit to the reception staff in the morning the room was changed, the night porter had said they family would be moved...

There was a queue for checkin so the receptionist / porter told us to use the restaurant and come back when we had eaten, which was good, tea/coffee machines were working as well as wine/beer and soft drinks, limited food available, rolls, salad, ham and cheese

No kettle in the room, the porter told me tea and coffee was available 24/7, I don't know where as the tea / coffee machines in the restaurant were closed after breakfast if tea / coffee was required you had to go to one of the bars

No water given there is a fridge in the rooms, all inclusive water should be available. The reception team did give me a kettle and later cups to be able to have a cup of tea either in the morning or before bed

The pool bar near the childrens pool did not serve alcohol apart from beer and wine, if you are on holiday you would not leave children at the pool while going to the adults pool to get a drink

The information for the hotel said activities, I asked the guy who was in charge of this he seemed surprised, no water activities as the polo net had been broken but nothing put on instead

Konstantino delivered excellent customer service at the Coffee snack bar on-site , the lunch time food here is well worth a try and makes a nice change from going to the main restaurant for lunch

The gym and indoor pool were also good although you would struggle with the steps if you have mobility issues. The jacuzzi wasn't working the whole time we were there which was disappointing

We booked the excursion to Spinalonga through Tui but afterwards saw the same trip advertised outside oof the hotel a lot cheaper so something you should look into

Service was excellent and special mention to Kostas at La Strada and the drinks waitress (sorry I didn't get your name) at The Steak Restaurant

Food was excellent and the a la carte restaurants were the best ones we've ever experienced in any all-inclusive hotels we've stayed in

The pools are good, we always opted for the middle sized one as was quieter and easier to get into for someone with mobility issues

Actually one of the best places in Stalis we’ve been to. The bartender- Janis, a generous, most cheerful staff member. He served us delicious greek salad and pork gyros, was even so nice he got us free drinks after

He has a golden heart for people, we will come next year once again!! 🤗🥰 so happy for reaching this place. In our country we say: the man blesses the place. Yanis is such a good example for this

I stayed in August 2025 in this hotel and I highly recommend it for a relaxing trip with the best sea and beach view. The sunbeds area is next to the beach and with many beautiful palms

We had such a lovely time here at the Zeus Palm Beach. We had no booking at the hotel, but had sunbeds on the beach. We also ate and had some drinks at the bar

Gianis, the bartender is such a great man, very friendly and helpful! He made our stay a memorable one, so we came back at this place the following days too

Amazing time at this hotel, we were made to feel like family from the moment we checked in. Sandwich and fruit platter as we sat checking in, then a glass of fizz and some orange juice

Our room wasn’t quite ready so we went to the pool bar , Estella was friendly and looked after us every time we were at the bar, ( Zymon too who works the evening shift )

Irini in the restaurant of an evening is lovely and on the evening of my wife’s birthday called past to see if we were dining in, as it was a special occasion we explained that wouldn’t be joining them and she asked us to wait for five minutes before returning with a birthday cake! All staff from the management team,restaurant team,bar and maintenance are all great and friendly

The Manager is also very hands on and will do anything to help if you have any queries. I mentioned I didn't think the hairdryer was very good in our room. the next day a new hairdryer arrived! Service exceptional ♡

All in all Stalis is lovely with lots of bars and superb restaurants, but the hotel were I was adopted as Greek and called Mr Yiannis , we liked it so much we booked to stay next May while we were sat round the pool

Down from the supermarket there are De Marcos, Katerina, both beautiful, round the corner there is Sweet World again lovely breakfast and coffee. Anaktoro was our favourite went twice

Pool great and staff lovely ,Vicky really nice and helpful ,check in fantastic with the greeting from Genxi (also bar man) who just made our holiday the craic was brilliant with his banter and is a great asset to the family run business

A big shout to our cleaner who works so hard. Vicky is friendly and helpful. Genxi is a wonderful, funny, helpful and friendly human being. I can’t thank him enough for being so nice to us. Big hugs to our Irish friends

We don’t go away to watch TV but it would be nice to have it before we go out and when we return in the evening. The pool was lovely set in spotlessly clean, beautiful well kept grounds

Checkout with lambis was very cold and he seemed to only be concerned that we paid our bar bill , no thankyou for your custom or ask if we enjoyed our first stay at his apartments

apartments very spacious and clean, cleaners every other day. Could have more plugs, no sockets for hairdryer in bedroom and a toaster in kitchen area would be a good addition

Nice basic apartment, lovely modern bathroom with a powerful shower and a nice balcony (Hot 🥵🥵) I think a toaster in the room would be a very welcome addition as would a TV
