Location and Access: The hotel is situated right next to the main road. It's important to note that there is no dedicated parking, which could be inconvenient if you are traveling by car.
Accommodation: The hotel consists of several smaller buildings with a central pool area that is busy for most of the day. The triple room is quite small and seems more suitable for two people. The bathroom is compact but functional, with liquid soap, shower gel, and hot water readily available. The bedding is clean and is changed regularly every three days.
Room Features: The terrace is spacious. However, a significant drawback is the lack of blackout curtains, which allows morning light to enter the room early. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator and an air conditioning unit, which are useful amenities.
Dining Service: The restaurant is small for the number of guests, which often leads to waiting in line for a meal. The service is buffet-style, but the selection is limited to up to four dishes. The food provided is typical for smaller Greek hotels.
Conclusion: The Litus Oliva hotel provides basic accommodation with clean rooms and a functional bathroom. While the terrace is a nice feature, the lack of parking and blackout curtains might be a drawback. The dining service is modest, with a limited selection of food and potential wait times at the restaurant. It is a suitable option for travelers seeking simple lodging close to the main road, who do not have high expectations for the hotel restaurant.

It was wonderful, from the staff to the accommodation where they greet you at the reception with a warm smile and the room is ready for you to move in, it is cleaned every day where you always have hot water and clean towels, the rooms are beautiful with a beautiful view of the pool where you can sit at the bar and enjoy your morning coffee, the restaurant is beautiful where there is always hot food and drinks... I recommend the hotel to everyone ☺️

The hotel is in a good location, and that’s the only good thing about it. The staff is unfriendly, making unpleasant comments from the very beginning (assuming we don’t understand the language they are speaking). When you ask them for something, they respond as if it’s not their job. Also, when you ask them to solve a problem, they reluctantly accept the information and seem to avoid dealing with it unless pushed.
The rooms are visibly clean, but the water supply often cuts out, and the staff reacts as if that’s completely normal. When there is water in the bathroom, it leaks and creates unpleasant noises that make it hard to rest. The terrace is set up so that the air conditioning unit is on it, and if you cool the room, you’re forced to listen to the noise from the filter (this isn’t the case with all terraces, but it was with ours).
The food is okay, but you have to wait in long lines just to eat. All in all, they charge around €90 per night, while the service and accommodation quality are worth zero.
Also, the internet is very poor — it works only on the terrace, where it’s unbearable because of the air conditioner. If you’re in the room, the signal only reaches as far as the balcony door. Don’t even try using it from the bed or accessing any app heavier than WhatsApp. Instagram or other apps can take up to 15 minutes to load a single post.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no water for bathing, so you may have to stand for an hour soaked in the bathroom for water to come. It will happen that you will be turned away from breakfast or dinner because there is no place to sit in the restaurant and when you return you will not have anything to eat because the food is not replenished. When you contact the reception they will just shrug their shoulders and tell you what is happening. Avoid this hotel.

We are staying in this hotel for the first time. It is peaceful, beautiful and clean. Our terrace had a view of the pool, the room is spacious, the bed linen and towels are clean, the change is for three days. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and smiling, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The food is delicious and varied. The only complaint is that the coffee and tea on the machine in the restaurant are made with fresh water from the tap, which is salty. Also juices. Everything else is satisfactory.

Central location. Walking distance in everything you need, supermarket, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Just 5 min walking to the beach. Very clean rooms, extremely clean swimming pool. Our family enjoyed accomodation. Very helpful and polite girls in reception.

It is the old "Peli Hotel" which kicked out from booking because of the very bad reviews, hotel scamming etc and now they present it as new with the name "Litus Olivia". STAY AWAY too many tourists had bad experiences there and spoiled they vacations.
