Reviews
Accommodation: The hotel consists of several smaller buildings with a central pool area that is busy for most of the day. The triple room is quite small and seems more suitable for two people. The bathroom is compact but functional, with liquid soap, shower gel, and hot water readily available. The bedding is clean and is changed regularly every three days.
Room Features: The terrace is spacious. However, a significant drawback is the lack of blackout curtains, which allows morning light to enter the room early. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator and an air conditioning unit, which are useful amenities.
Dining Service: The restaurant is small for the number of guests, which often leads to waiting in line for a meal. The service is buffet-style, but the selection is limited to up to four dishes. The food provided is typical for smaller Greek hotels.
Conclusion: The Litus Oliva hotel provides basic accommodation with clean rooms and a functional bathroom. While the terrace is a nice feature, the lack of parking and blackout curtains might be a drawback. The dining service is modest, with a limited selection of food and potential wait times at the restaurant. It is a suitable option for travelers seeking simple lodging close to the main road, who do not have high expectations for the hotel restaurant.
The rooms are visibly clean, but the water supply often cuts out, and the staff reacts as if that’s completely normal. When there is water in the bathroom, it leaks and creates unpleasant noises that make it hard to rest. The terrace is set up so that the air conditioning unit is on it, and if you cool the room, you’re forced to listen to the noise from the filter (this isn’t the case with all terraces, but it was with ours).
The food is okay, but you have to wait in long lines just to eat. All in all, they charge around €90 per night, while the service and accommodation quality are worth zero.
Also, the internet is very poor — it works only on the terrace, where it’s unbearable because of the air conditioner. If you’re in the room, the signal only reaches as far as the balcony door. Don’t even try using it from the bed or accessing any app heavier than WhatsApp. Instagram or other apps can take up to 15 minutes to load a single post.
