Hotels on first line in Laganas

Nice pool, rooms were good, clean and tidy, we paid a 50 euro deposit per room which was refunded when we checked out, air conditioning was free and worked okay was that cold but thw room stayed at 16 once it had been on for 30 minutes

At first I was scared to stay here because of the reviews however after staying here it’s clear that people just don’t do their research before arriving, reviews, the website etc

You are expected a deposit of €50 pp and that is in cash, making it easier to get back at the end of the stay. You are also expected a tourist tax but you should expect that with every holiday you go on abroad

Staff were mostly kind and polite, the lady receptionist was a bit blunt and rude, also would have been nice to have been shown to our room but we had to find our own way

Really good independent hotel, we went self-catering, looked at the reviews, and thought we were in for a right rough time but was pleasantly surprised when we got there

Don't be put off by the area being mostly young teens on holiday because when they are out, you are in, and when they are in your out, so it worked perfectly 👌

  But we only can recommend this 10 room hotel: if you look for a quiet place not far from the town center and beach (5 min walk) The rooms are very quiet and from a higher class. There is a parking lot and a nightguard

I stayed in the Litore Luxury Living in Zakynthos, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making my stay both comfortable and relaxing

The pool was a true highlight, crystal clear, well-maintained, and the ideal spot to cool off and unwind. A special mention goes to Vasso, who was by far the best host I could have asked for

The location is perfect: close enough to enjoy everything Laganas has to offer, yet tucked away so you can relax in peace and comfort. What really made my stay unforgettable was Vaso, the owner

She is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her guests. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, offering great local tips and always being available if I needed anything

The pool is also very nice, but do not expect a bar at the pool as this is the purpose to keep this a quiet place

Hotel was a great experience, only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the drinks round the pool were great too, will be coming back in 2026 to meet our friends there again.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations and to make sure we had everything we needed

absolutely love this hotel and the staff are amazing. Hotel is clean and located in an extremely convenient place. I recommend to anyone who’s going to Zante with friends or family

The room is good. It has a kitchen and a refrigerator. A plump lady waiter patiently helped me check the bus timetable and printed it for me. Thank you very much.

Had a fantastic stay. Property is right on the beach close to all bars etc. asked for an iron and they brought me one. There is a €5 charge for the air conditioning per day but it is needed! Will definitely be back

Property is more or less on the beach so very good location, there is also a hotel next door that has open pool for everyone so even a pool day was optional despite Villa Doris not having one

excellent location, modest but good accommodation by the beach, with a small kitchen and an open view of the beach from the balcony, clean, cleaned every day and bed linen and towels are often changed

For the first time on Zakynthos and we had a wonderful stay at Villa Doris. Beach was nice and close, restaurants a 10 minute walk (on the beach)

There is no English logo of the hotel name on the system platform, and there is no display of the hotel name plate on the hotel site, which makes us look for a long time to find this search process.

We stayed from 14-21st June, welcoming on arrival and good communication, host checked our flight times before we arrived to ensure someone could meet us and we could check in

In one sentence, this is the pool bar-hotel you should stay at the island, we will sure be back again

Thanks to this hotel I met love of my life. It’s really really friendly hotel because of the owners and their son. They are really nice and there is really friendly atmosphere in the hotel

We had great time at the pool bar. The staff were professional, super friendly and always pleasant, gave us very useful advises. We felt very welcomed at the bar, breakfast was delicious and big also the breakfast staff

The pool bar is great too, all the staff behind the bar are friendly and lively and the food is really nice too. I look forward for many more years staying here

Stayed here with my children, a couple of weeks ago. Pepe is so friendly and the food is fantastic. We were made to feel welcome and our needs were accounted for. Great, friendly, clean hotel

This is an amazing hotel, this is my 2nd visit at the hotel. The rooms are really nice and cleaners go around regularly

Coffee machine in the dining hall was constantly running out of milk , however staff were doing their best to keep up with this. Some food items were going cold especially at breakfast ie bacon

My biggest issue was the wasp problem. If you wanted to eat outside on the terrace the wasps would swarm you very quickly and it's overwhelming. Hopefully they can fix this

In all not to much wrong and we were happy with our stay. The staff really went out of their way for us on a couple of occasions which we really appreciated

Best experience!!! Hotel is located on the main strip in Laganas, but it’s not noisy at all! Food here was amazing every day, drinks were tasty too! Staff was kind and always in a good mood which is perfect! Rooms were clean and the room service was nice! I had a great time here and I hope I will be visiting this place very soon!

Such a choice and definately something for everyone. The room was cleaned on a daily basis with clean towels. The bedding was changed mid week. Ignore any negative reviews as if you speak to staff they will always help

The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and made the stay very relaxing! This is a great location - the strip is 10 min walking distance and the beach is literally 30 seconds away! The pool area is lovely and the rooms were clean, overall loved Vossos and would definitely recommend

Vossos was the perfect place for a group of girls on holiday. The pool was large and very clean, rooms had safes, the beach was a 2 minute walk and there was a shop just outside the door of vossos

Near beach and far enough away from strip (15mins) that it's quiet. Walls are quite thin so can be noisy in apartments. Kitten is small as has 1 or 2 hobs, pot, pan, colander and cutlery. Could do with a sponge, spatula

Vossos is in the perfect area, quiet away from the strip but a five minute walk from the beach and close to everything needed. A good self catering apartment but could do with a microwave

However air con is an extra charge and the pool isnt always clean and is freezing. Great storage in the rooms and the beds are okay with nice big balcony. The shower is small but great!

Cleaners came in everyday to tidy up and were very polite. The owner of Vossos was very kind and made sure all residents were happy with their stay. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to go to Laganas

Hello! We really enjoyed the place, the room and the staff. The apartments are near main street of Laganas and 500 mt far from the beach. There are super markets nearby. The staff is so nice and kind

Lovely stay- would recommend! We had an incredible stay here. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh toiletries and the pool was lovely

The homemade breakfasts were different every day and absolutely delicious. The whole place is really well kept, with a super clean pool and a lovely, tidy territory

We also loved that there was various equipment that we could borrow for free, which made our stay even nicer. Having a parking space was also a big plus. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for more

Absolutely amazing place to stay when you’re visiting the island. The host was very accommodating as we needed an extra bed and he sorted it out with no fuss at all

He gave us options on where was the best places to go and how to get there. I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat

Checked in and taking to our room, which was out the main building, across the road down a little lane, round the corner to pass a bar/eating area, past a building with another pool then another walk over to our annexe which had a block of 9 rooms, room was basic but it was fine, spacious balcony, we didn't realise the layout was like it was and the only reason we never complained was the view from...

Got the bus to Zakynthos town which you get from the Laganas sign down at the beach (bottom of the *****) Me and my friend had a nice weeks break, made the most of the all inclusive drinks! But for me I don't think I would go back to Zante, maybe a different resort as I wouldn't want to be in Laganas in the height of the season

Plus knackering each time for some of us heavier brits lol. Nice location, does need a little bit of an update and freshening up although it was end if season when we visited

We met some lovely people there. The ***** was obviously closed down, still one or two places open and your normal gift shops open. Visited 2 nice places on beach front for food and drinks

There was a kettle but no tea or coffee etc but plenty of access to refreshments in the main area. Two flights of stairs bit much for heavy suitcases and anyone with mobility issues

Stayed here for a total of 9 weeks and I absolutely love it!! The bar staff are so fun and friendly, the owners are lovely. The pool area is beautiful and you get the sun all day long as well as the sunset

A tip for travelling out into the local area, my daughter said that it was a bit of a shame how it’s not looked after by tourists, she had some issues with Italian male tourists when out one night but otherwise she felt safe and they had a good base at Paradise Apartments

Play great music all day, nice rooms and a really fun vibe in the hotel. Near quad rentals and cheap niceee restaurants, shop next door. I will be coming here again next year

My daughter and her friends, a group of *relatively sensible 17 year olds stayed here in August to celebrate them passing out of basic army training

My daughter felt well looked after by the staff, shared that the rooms were clean and grounds well maintained

We met an old lady at first and she was the kindness personally. It is little bit further from the beach, but we were here for travel so we do not mind.

The owners were very friendly and the apartment was very clean. The location was great as well just a 2 min walk to the strip.

Food was very good, a lot of what to choose from. There are only rocks and a lot of dirt from the sea and nobody clean it. The main bulding was clean and also the pool area was clean and tidy

We went in october, so it was the season closeding down, so has limited staff working, literally nothing was available.

I loved the lush trees and vegetation, which gave it a more natural and rustic feel, like being transported to Bali! The private beach area is very small but appreciated the convenience of direct access to the sea

Some sunbeds by the beach were broken and the sun beds by the pool had seen better days but worked fine

The pool could use some upgrading, but worked fine to cool off. Sunbeds by the water had a super thin mattress and were quite uncomfortable
