The owner is very creepy and slow. I asked for a refund for the hotel due to not even checking in til days later instead as i was staying at another hotel, he said no refund which tbf is ok with me. The day I check in to my room was ok til I got back later in the day to find out my lights and electric all cut off while I was in the bathroom and could hear a slow waking person walking around my room, I only got out of the situation because My friend had rang me which door was then opened and closed. I don't think this hotel is safe so please read reviews and personally wouldn't let anyone stay at this hotel for there own safety!

Vossos was the perfect place for a group of girls on holiday. The pool was large and very clean, rooms had safes, the beach was a 2 minute walk and there was a shop just outside the door of vossos. Cleaners came in everyday to tidy up and were very polite. The owner of Vossos was very kind and made sure all residents were happy with their stay. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to go to Laganas.

To start things off the receptionist 'Gary' blew ciggarette smoke in our face and was drunk for the full 7 days we was there and was on *****. He was like talking to a brick wall and couldn't get any sense out of him. The hotel was grubby and smelt like raw sewage and the floor of the pool was slimey and the water was like a swamp. He pestered us at any given opportunity and kept making worrying and strange remarks to the friend i was with. There is a cockerel at the back of the hotel that will scream you awake at 5:30 everyday so if you're interested in staying here you'd be easier staying in Cherry Bay

Review HOTEL FROM HELL Where do I even begin with this place . We were a group of 10 girls coming for a few days of sun sea and a bit of partying and booked Vossos thinking it would be great . We payed for self - catering rooms and had 2 rooms of 5 . On arrival no one was at the reception for around 10 minutes which meant we were just waiting around . When the man finally showed up he was quite literally the slowest person I had come across . He charged us £100 for air con per room and a £25 deposit each for “noise “ even though we were in Zante right by strip . Our rooms were horrific , with no shower head in one , no shower curtain and no cooking equipment regardless paying for self catering. As for the creepy man , he was severely rude and unwelcoming at all occasions . Despite paying for self catering he told us we had go buy “food from his shop “ or he refused to clean our rooms . He also said “ if you attack us then we’ll attack you “ after doing absolutely nothing wrong . He also made us feel more increasingly uncomfortable every day of the holiday , following us around and staring at our female parts in bikinis . The cleaners at the hotel also just walked into our rooms without knocking , one time one of us were undressed to which the cleaner looked and carried on , there were also no bins in the room . On the last day we asked for our deposit back , when we asked the man said we had to leave or he would phone the police on us . To sum it up the whole experience was just awful at Vossos and I’m not sure who is allowing this weird man to run a hotel . Do not recommend .

We came here on holiday with friends zante was amazing but the hotel was beyond poor. the owner was awful he always drunk and could barely function from being smashed all day and night. the pool didn’t get cleaned once when we were there it went from blue on the first day to the last 3 days it turned green. The owner also said we were not allowed to bring water that we would buy from his shop round the pool we had to buy it from his bar which he would either make up the price at the pool bar or charge double he would in his shop which is 10 seconds away.the rooms were adequate but the bathroom on the other hand always flooded as the shower tray had many cracks in leaving the bathroom floor to be flooded every time someone had a shower. The rooms were “cleaned” every day the women would just come in and give you a new toilet roll. I also walked into the room and found the cleaner looking through my friends things on the bed side table which is outrageous. I would advise you to stay away from this hotel.

The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and made the stay very relaxing! This is a great location - the strip is 10 min walking distance and the beach is literally 30 seconds away! The pool area is lovely and the rooms were clean, overall loved Vossos and would definitely recommend.

Good considering cheap price. Near beach and far enough away from strip (15mins) that it's quiet. Walls are quite thin so can be noisy in apartments. Kitten is small as has 1 or 2 hobs, pot, pan, colander and cutlery. Could do with a sponge, spatula. We had a few things broken in our room but they made sure to fix it. Beds were comfy. Pool was nice. WiFi didn't work without codes which only lasted an hour or so.

The owners are wonderful. Vossos is in the perfect area, quiet away from the strip but a five minute walk from the beach and close to everything needed. A good self catering apartment but could do with a microwave. Very clean rooms. However air con is an extra charge and the pool isnt always clean and is freezing. Great storage in the rooms and the beds are okay with nice big balcony. The shower is small but great!
