Club Zante Plaza in Laganas

Amazing holiday. Food amazing, drinks blumming lovely. Reception friendly and attentive. Service second to none. 100% recommend this place.

Very helpful and friendly staff , rooms are clean and spacious. Food is good . Would definitely return to this hotel. Things that could be improved. Tea and coffee facilities in the room but not bottled water in the fridge. Coffee machine in the dining hall was constantly running out of milk , however staff were doing their best to keep up with this. Some food items were going cold especially at breakfast ie bacon . My biggest issue was the wasp problem. If you wanted to eat outside on the terrace the wasps would swarm you very quickly and it's overwhelming. Hopefully they can fix this . In all not to much wrong and we were happy with our stay . The staff really went out of their way for us on a couple of occasions which we really appreciated.

I have not long returned from a great stay at this hotel, and had a lovely break despite the weather. first off the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was very nice clean with plenty of storage for clothes and the maid came in every day to clean the room. the food i know is a personal taste but i found it to be very good with plenty of choice. i would certainly pay this hotel another visit. I stayed here from 26/09/25 to 06/10/25 ant there was plenty of bars and restaurants still open in Laganas and it wasn't too noisy

Well what an amazing hotel. All the staff were bright and cheerful, so helpful. The food was amazing, different every mealtime. It was often themed and we also had a roast and yorkshire puddings on the Sunday. Such a choice and definately something for everyone. The room was cleaned on a daily basis with clean towels. The bedding was changed mid week. Ignore any negative reviews as if you speak to staff they will always help. My only negative was the dining space but the management have aquired extra space for 2026 so that is sorted. Thank you to all staff for being so cheerful and helpful.

Lovely visit from start to finish. Staff were amazing from when we arrived until we left, nothing was too much of an ask. We enjoyed the bingo night, themed mexican night (even if we drank too many tequila shots) and the bbq night. Unfortunately we missed the greek night which i have heard is a good night. Lagana strip was quiet which was expected at this time of year as they are closing down for the winter months but never the less it was still a nice trip away. A must is the barman’s surprise cocktails, that is all i had the duration of my visit! Got them right every time, couldn’t fault them. Thankyou Club Zante Plaza

I stayed here recently and had a wonderful experience. My room was spotless and well-kept, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. What really stood out was the staff – they were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. It made the atmosphere feel warm and personal, not just like a place to sleep but somewhere I felt well taken care of.

Spent a week at Club Zante Plaza and have just returned home. I honestly was dreading going after reading some of the negative comments on here and also worried that the hotel was right on the Laganas strip. I’m 61 and my wife is 58!!…we also had our 9 year old granddaughter with us, so you can understand our concerns. I can honestly say, I’m so glad we came. Loved the cosy feel of a small hotel, the room was a great size and housekeeping were in every day keeping it spotless. I couldn’t fault any of the staff who were all excellent and willing to help. The food was plentiful and we could always find something to eat, our granddaughter on the other hand lived on chips, but that was her choice, plus she’d cottoned on to the fact that there was a McDonald’s right across the road! The hotel is right on the main strip, but I can honestly say there was more noise from the neighbouring hotel than the strip and even that stopped at a reasonable hour, sleeping was not an issue for any of us. The pool was immaculate and very safe, our granddaughter was in it at some point most days. We went all inclusive for the first time ever, but sadly on a personal level I wouldn’t do it again, anywhere. We are beach people so unless we wanted to spend everyday at the pool, we didn’t get the full use of the package, but that’s a personal choice for us and is in no way a reflection of the hotel or what was on offer. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday and if we came back to Laganas, I would use this hotel again, it is a bit of a hidden gem. Well done to all the team.

We have been staying at this hotel every August for the past 5 years because it is absolutely amazing, the staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. They do everything they can to try to make everyone's stay perfect and the hotel has such an intimate and friendly vibe. The food is fabulous, there is always something that we will eat and my daughter (11) can be very fussy but she loves the food here. We stayed for 8 nights and not once did we eat anywhere else. We will be back again next year :-)

This place is just fantastic everything is just perfect. The staff are brilliant the food is brilliant the rooms (we had 3 rooms) are great the drinks are great not watered down and cocktails are lovely. There's 7 of us 4 adults 3 children and we are all having a great time. The staff go above and beyond nothing is an issue for them they're all so friendly I really enjoy talking with them. The location is also perfect 13 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is at the bottom of the strip and 2 of our rooms are at the front and we have not heard any noise whatsoever we have all had great sleeps every night. This hotel is a very rare find the food is the best Iv had abroad and I've been to a lot of different countries. We will definitely be coming back in the future I'm actually trying to sort out coming back with just my adult sons. I have to give a special mention to Orestis thank you for making our holiday so comfortable my friend 👍.

First of all, I follow a completely vegan lifestyle, so I came here afraid of what I would eat. It was a huge shock that the chef put himself through every day for the dishes from the first minute, so that I could eat them, which were very delicious. We were all inclusive, the offer is varied every day, the chef prepares very delicious dishes.
We have never eaten anything as delicious as here.
I would also like to write about the staff, they are cheerful, kind, helpful, friendly... all positive indicators. Everyone was happy to help us with any questions we had.
This place is in Laganas, so our other fear was because of the party street, since the hotel is also here, and we arrived as a family with a small child.
A huge shock, but you can’t hear almost anything, the other positive thing is that the beach is very close, but the hotel also has a pool where small children can splash. There was a show almost every evening.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for young people and families alike! 😊 ➕➕➕
