Our honeymoon was amazing. It was fantastic and the food was very varied and delicious.

For me, it was simply the closest thing to paradise on earth. A nice sandy beach right next to the hotel, large gardens with sun loungers where you can lie down or sit at night while drinking something. The views are incredibly beautiful, as you can see the stars and the moon rising over the horizon at night. There are also some attractions for children: a castle, a bouncy castle, a small amusement park, a children's pool with slides, and a lady who will take care of the children with some games. And so on.

Great location on the beach Hotel nice and clean staff very friendly & the cats. Food was fine . The hotel was very quiet as it was the end of season so very relaxing. Pool area clean and tidy like the gardens & grounds The beach was a little down due to bad weather the week before lots of rubbish and see **** but water was good for a swim . The whole town was on shut down so very few places open. Summertime pub was nice for beer & football and The Island restaurant good for food . Turtle spotting a must and the train to Zante town Good holiday Good people great price for end of season

The hotel is ok it could do with some more modernisation to the rooms. The gardens and grounds were kept nice and the restaurant/crockery/cutlery was clean, the food was just ok could have done with more choice but we were there literally the last week they were open. The beach was awful, plastics and rubbish all over as was the streets around the area, again this was the last week of their season. Every single bar in Laganas was closed and there was only one shop nearby which ended up closing too. The staff were lovely. We needed a plug for the bath and it arrived in minutes as did a new hairdryer and an iron free of charge. All towels changed daily and room cleaned daily, pool lovely, plenty of beds/seats around, drinks awful, location (in season) good. Free WiFi but over €100 tourist tax to pay upon arrival. Plenty of cats to feed they are all in good health. Overall good holiday for the money spent.

Second time at the Galaxy the weather was not so good this year but we had a nice time, the Hotel is spotlessly clean and well managed, it is sited on a fantastic position right on the beach, the food is varied and of good quality, the lady who runs the restaurant is friendly and helpful and very efficient at running the restaurant area, I found all the staff to be polite, helpful and friendly. All in all I would have no complaints and would not hesitate to book again.

Lots to love about this hotel. Sea views from the pool and bar. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Location couldn't be better, on the beach. The buffet restaurant offered a great selection of tasty local dishes and mixed it up with lovely Mediterranean food, freshly prepared every day. It beat the buffets from most cruises we have been on !! If there was a down side, all inclusive local spirits are fine, but the mixers used are not the best. You have to pay for branded mixers. Overall good value.

I went to the hotel at the end of September, it’s the 7th time I have been to this hotel, it has changed since my first visit but I can imagine after Covid everyone had to rethink things, it is now a resort but was better as a hotel, the food was better and it was mostly adults, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day and the staff are always polite, the food is good and a lot of variety but could do with being kept hotter, I did speak with the manager regarding this and he was happy to listen to any problems, the supervisor in the dining room is a lovely lady and will always have a chat, there is live music every night at the pool bar and the staff there are great, Daniela is a lovely young lady, her English is near perfect and she is the queen of frappe, I would love to go back for another holiday there and would tell my family and friends how wonderful it is

Food is good and the lady serving us was nice and smiling, very good service. The place is also well visited by young tourists eating pizza and burgers, but they are very noisy.

But the place is so great. Had a table with direct sea view. Can't complain about that!

We ordered two different dessserts and one was a chocolate souffle but was more like a brownie in a cup .. But it tasted good 🙂

Good place for sunbathing, clean toilets, nice drinks and delicious gyros. Umbrellas are too small, if someone wants to have shadow, 1 umbrella is not enough to cover 2 people. Nice beach with clean water, shallow sea bottom favors children. Sunbed for 2 people costs 6 euros. Apart from that menu is a little bit overpriced, but it's typical for the restaurants located close to the shore. The only thing which bothered me the most is too loud music played by restaurant next to Horizon.

A large group of us visited this restaurant for dinner. It's a great setting right down on the beach; close to the water and has some great views. The atmosphere and styling of the restaurant are very good, I believe it has been renovated and the job has been completed very well.

Our group was helped out well by the staff and they organised us into getting our orders in calmly. The food and drink selection is extensive. A shout out to the barman for making me a real smoky take on an Old Fashioned, it was impeccable.

All of our meals were presented well and all plates were sent back empty. I had the Chicken Gyros plate which was really tasty, my partner had the half rack of ribs which were fall off the bone tender.

We'll be sure to visit again as the overall experience was very enjoyable for us.

Like the other restaurants along the beach it's a bit pricey, but Horizon feels more worth it than others. Much more relaxed atmosphere, drinks are tasty, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you're looking to spend for a meal on the seafront Horizon should be your pick.

We ate here on our last night on Zakynthos and it was AMAZING. They had some lovely vegan options for myself, and meat options for my travel companion. The staff was wonderful, and the view was perfect. 10/10 experience.
