Since the first moment we arrived there we waited to the reception about 40 minutes because no one was there. The room was clean cozy and good for the price. The bed was comfortable . If you use the safe in the room you have to pay and I actually did not know this. I put my passport in there and i could not open it anymore. Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, wonderful food, clean rooms, clean pool. Reasonable priced. Couldn't fault the hotel.

Absolutely brilliant. Staff excellent. They are totally dedicated to you. They really become your family. Clean bedding and towels almost daily. Views are amazing..... But you have to get up two steep inclines to reach the ground floor, then 2 more floors if your right at the top. Pool and sunbathing excellent. Food very good. Greek night class. I would recommend totally. Miss it like mad.

Very nice quiet place with an amazing view. Close to a touristic beach that is fun for one or two days and whatever shops and rentals you might need. Great breakfast and dinner with vegetarian options. Very friendly staff. The water is heated by solar energy so that might be a bit uncomfortable, but I personally value the ecological side of it. Definitely recommend!

Really lovely place... The view is fantastic, rooms are great, pool is good, the staff are very kind. Only thing missing is a playground for the kids.

Yanis was very helpful and kind as well as the lady who cleaned our rooms. The view from our room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean when it comes to linen, towels changed frequently. There is a mini kitchen so you have everything you need for basic food preparation. This place is great its cheap and its clean staff are friendly and welcoming rooms are large pool is lovely plays a nice mix of English music throughout the day not too loud just right they have different entertainment every night from karaoke to Greek dancers food is great they do English breakfast aswell only fault here is no telly in room was a bit of a shock and bring your own iron everything else...

Yannis, Sandy and Maria were all lovely and couldn't do enough for me and my friends on our holiday. We had 2 rooms between the 4 of us and they were perfect for what we required. Bed, shower and fridge was all we needed as we ate out everyday. Last thing you want to do on holiday is cook 😉 rooms were regularly cleaned and towels changed. Very friendly down by the bar and pool and met quite a few regulars...

Was great to be back last month May 2022 for a week. As always spotlessly clean, towels and beds changed regularly during visit, sure it was 3 times. Sandy and Giannis as welcoming as ever, met up with old friends,looking forward to going back. Its a great place, you are really looked after here, even if you travel alone you make friends and people look out for you.

The location and views were amazing,right opposite the waterpark. The cleaners are absolutely outstanding and so attentive, the room was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard everyday. The pool was lovely and very clean. Air-conditioning was good. The resident peacocks are beautiful 😍. Close to the beach and some really nice restaurants Great value for money.

Fantastic family run hotel. Always a very warm welcome from extremely lovely staff nothing is too much trouble & they always go above & beyond. Highly recommended for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Just dropped by they are not yet open but are very busy preparing the building for the upcoming season. Stayed many times before it is a lovely hotel and the host's are brilliant.

Wifi is not working, or it is working extremely slow. You need to pay 6 euro for air conditioner. Breakfast is 7 euro and it is ok. Personel is kind, but you will not get any additional tea (if you will drink the one from room)

What amazing hotel, staff are wonderful, especially the bar staff, rooms are lovely, food is also great.

Just back from a week at this hotel.. I’ll start with the negatives.. this hotel is nothing like the pictures, and definitely not 4 star. The rooms are old and in dire need of improvement, the shower/bathroom was nice a bit like a wet room. Our room over looked the pool and restaurant.. not ideal when trying to get changed! The rooftop bar wasn’t open which was one of the things that had attracted...

Hotel clean, rooms cleaned every day, towels changed and even bedding changed once a week. Food ok, no one went hungry but snacks average. Poor choice of alcohol. Poor animations. Great location. Wonderful and always helpful Mrs. Małgosia from the reception.

I am staying at this hotel at the moment , and what I will say is we are loving it here , everything is spotless , the food is lovely and plentiful , it’s an all inclusive buffet , I have stayed at a lot of all inclusive hotels and this is lovely , so ignore the bad reviews , I’m glad I did !! It’s prime location , and friendly staff here don’t deserve the haters !!

Lovely hotel in a prime location, rooms cleaned every day ,towels changed every other day , friendly helpful staff . I gave it 3 stars because the food was basic ,always cold ,there is a microwave but it's never plugged in and you can't get to the socket because the large toaster is in the way ,ate out most nights ,and tended to have salad at lunch time ,it has the worse entertainment room I've ever...

Beautifull view, perfectly maintained garden and swimming Pools, very friendly personell. Great food and Just few minutes drive to many restaurant.

The apartment had everything that we needed kitchen laundry beach towels little restaurant that served amazing food friendly staff in the restaurant friendly, helpful staff who helped us arrange a boat tour & breakfast for early the next morning

Beautiful family apartments, small complex just outside of Tsilivi. Just far enough away from the mass tourism and yet close enough in case you want a more lively evening. The apartments are beautifully kept and maintained, family run and staffed with fabulously friendly and helpful people. A wonderful pool, 2 hot tubs and located high on the cliffs right next to the sea. There's a glorious sea view...

Absolute must stay when in Zakyntos. Everybody is superfriendly. The property is managed by a family. Beautiful domain, with good jacuzzis and nice pools. Great restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with ocean view ... Erietta is THE reason for visiting Zakyntos !

I had the pleasure to visit Erietta twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The view is breathtaking since the apartments are on top of a hill with amazing sea view and a very nice garden. For breakfast I had the Greek breakfast which consists of fresh fruits, yogurt, honey, nuts, tahini, olive oil, goat cheese and bread. Nice quit place to stay between all the other touristic sites. You feel away from all of that. Private garden and beach on your doorstep. Rooms are decent, simple but fine. Kitchen is small but has what it takes to build a simple meal. Bathroom was fine and everything is clean. Hosts are very kind. If you want to sleep in, I recommend a room upstairs. We slept on the ground floor and it is quite noisy...

Perfect spot on the sea next beach tavernas, friendly hosts, extremely clean and well organized. Perfect for quiet families and couples.Wonderful view to the Ionian Sea.

Hotel Zarkadis is a family hotel , placed on a sandy beach and has its own sunbeds. Rooms are well equipped. Its Ideal for families.The cleaning lady does GREAT job! Thanks a lot!

Very nice and cozy hotel. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Every day fresh towels and bed linnen. Nice swimmingpool . Breakfast is simpel but good. Keep up the good working! I loved my stay!

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was also very clean. A marvelous place to stay and only a short walk to the beach!

Really nice. The bottom rooms in the new building though were OK only because of the scorching heat outside, in normal weather they would be too dark. For the breakfast, buffet might be more convenient for the guests.
