We had some wonderfull days at Caravel Suites; the rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday (we had room 812 with our own, large pool and seasight; paradise!) staff was always very friendly and helpfull, the food at the buffet was excellent (at least that is what our clothes say…haha!). We had the best vacation ever and would love to return one day, for sure :). Good cocktails...

Outstanding hotel in the area of Planos on the island of Zante, management and staff excellent the food and drink we would give 9/10. Be aware of the prices on the room upgrade but overall thoroughly enjoyed the 2 weeks. We definitely would like to go back

Amazing 18+ hotel. I can’t see anything negative. Our holiday was perfect. Nice room, two pools with comfy sunbeds and the hotel is directly on the beach. You can choose sandy beach or one with stones (where you can see many kinds of fish).

Amazing hotel. Facilities are top of the range. We had a massage at the spa which was amazing. The best bit is the staff who can't do enough for you! Truly an amazing holiday that I would recommend to anybody. 5 star!

Nice place. Nothing luxurious but clean. AC is old but works well :) swimming pool is great.

We're in a studio. Although it's quite old fashioned, it's very neat, the beds are very comfortable and the AC is top. The wifi is almost non existent. The parking is for 4 cars and you need to book it separately. You can park on the street. The swimming pool is enough for the capacity of the hotel. The beach is about 100m away. Kind and polite staff.

Been hear 3 years love it would highly recommend going back this year

Excellent family holiday in October half term. Staff extremely friendly and nothing seems to much trouble, hotel was very clean. On arrival booking in was made very easy and welcoming. Food was enjoyable with a good variety. Our fussy eaters ate well everyday. Snack bar at the water park does wrapped sandwiches and salads and make the ideal take away for the beach days. We spent a lovely week here at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct 22. Location was good, rooms were even better and the food was really good too! Fantastic that guests are able to use all 3 hotels and the water park. My son was able to find something to do for the entire week and loved to swim most days. Water park is a great option to have on site and was one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel...

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff is humble, polite and some times over-submissive! The rooms are ok, we had a family swim-up which was spacious enough (couple, no kids) but the room divider is made of rattan and not sound proof. The swim-up pool was a bit cold, comparing to the sea and other hotel-pools (late september). But it was nice to have a less crowded pool, with own sunbeds to retreat...

The apartments themselves were beautiful. Surrounded by fruit trees and very peaceful at night. From our room, we had a great view across all of Tsilivi. Very clean, modern and had all the facilities you need. The beds were comfortable and we had a daily maid service. The pool area was nice and quiet. We had an apartment on the 2nd floor and also a suite on the ground floor. Both apartments were super clean, serviced every day with clean towels etc. Rania welcomed us and checked in with us during our holiday to answer any questions and queries. Another year at Ranias apartments as usual very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had been refurbished to a very high standard and we loved it. Love the location for all amenities. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Tsvilli. The apartments are cleaned with fresh towels on a regular basis.

Travelled here at the end of July for 2 weeks as a family of 5 split over 2 rooms. The rooms are basic but clean . The kitchen is small and the fridge was old but we only ever used it for boiling the kettle. There isn't a main reception area but the cleaners were there when we arrived so they went to find Rania. She was very welcoming, explained everything and how to find her plus checked in whenever...

Lovely studio. Very clean. Family are very friendly and on hand if assistance is needed but otherwise they will leave you you alone to enjoy your vacation. Rania is a local and very knowledgeable just ask. She is happy to make suggestions for trips and dining.

We have been going to Tsilivi for 30 years and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. The deluxe studios are perfectly located and spotlessly clean The hostess is super efficient and concerned to make sure everything is ok. We have already booked again for next June

Just returned from a week staying at this hotel. The location was perfect close to everything. The hotel was clean and rooms were a good size. Staff were all lovely, but wouldn't hurt to smile a little more often. Food was hit and miss and never hot but we didn't starve and really enjoyed the cold buffet selection. I had the pleasure to visit Erietta twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The view is breathtaking since the apartments are on top of a hill with amazing sea view and a very nice garden.
