Great location, staff are so friendly loved our room it was spotlessly clean beds are comfortable and we was overlooking the pool,bar in the night played music into the early hours but was more of a distant sound so it didn't bother us. We went half board food in the evening was top quality offering a four course meal, never had the same thing twice throughout the week. We will definitely come back

Thanks to this hotel I'll change my understanding of a "standard" word. It's the first time I got such room quality as a "standard". I was not informed of paying quite lots of money and getting the room with the poor quality I got - I guess neither the room nor the bathroom were renovated there for some 20+ years... Just dropped by they are not yet open but are very busy preparing the building for the upcoming season. Stayed many times before it is a lovely hotel and the host's are brilliant.

Wifi is not working, or it is working extremely slow. You need to pay 6 euro for air conditioner. Breakfast is 7 euro and it is ok. Personel is kind, but you will not get any additional tea (if you will drink the one from room)

A unique place overlooking the entire beach in Tsilivi. Very tasty breakfasts with the opportunity to spend time listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the beautiful view. Standard hotel rooms, but they have everything you need. Very pleasant service and well-kept surroundings. Direct access to a small beach from the hotel. The nearest taverns and town center are no more than 1 km away.

Everything was exceptional! There is no other option for when we return to Zakynthos! Eleni and Anastasia were always smiling and happy to help us. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially the sunset watched from the terrace. The cleanliness is exemplary. The room is spacious and bright. We have been visiting our friends staying at this hotel and have been treated as their guests with very welcoming service and kind approach. Far from town , people are great but facility is not.

The rooms were clean, well sized, with the facilities to meet all our needs. The communal pool area was always clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is quite remote but that suited our purposes, to have a relaxing trip, but maybe not ideal if you want bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

Greek hospitality is almost always great but here they made us more than welcome. Well kept up hotel, the apartments are basic but the balcony with ocean view make up for it all. Housecleaning went out of their way by arranging the children's towels and toys the kids left lying around so the kids felt extra cared for. Hera is a lovely hotel with a great pool area and snack bar. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. It is a good walk into Laganas, so you need to be fit or hire transport. This is a lovely family run hotel. The staff are really helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The kitchen is basic but does the job. The pool is kept clean using a fancy robot thingy. The beach is stones so take beach shoes if you want to go down there. This is just outside the main town and you need to walk on the road for about 300m when you walk in so be aware of that.

This is really a very bad experience in my life! First of all, air conditioning needs to be paid for separately! I remember it cost 12 euros a day (note: if I remember correctly, it was this amount)! The accommodation is located within 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot from the airport. Please note that there is a separate fee for using the air conditioner. There are rooms surrounding the pool, but it is a bit noisy.

Very good hotel for the price range, the rooms are spacious and clean but bathroom shower was a bit used up. Staff is very friendly and appears to be a family business. Just expect quite (like all of Laganas), as when we were there there were some rooms with some noisy teenagers and the sound isolation is almost not present, atleast in the building we stayed in. Great value. A definite 3 star as a little dated but clean. Staff worked very hard to constantly clean. Good value bar although the cocktail wasn’t what we expected. Have to pay €10 per night for air con but worth it. Great location. No need to get up early for sun loungers by the pool.
