Everything was exceptional! There is no other option for when we return to Zakynthos! Eleni and Anastasia were always smiling and happy to help us. Greek hospitality is almost always great but here they made us more than welcome. Well kept up hotel, the apartments are basic but the balcony with ocean view make up for it all. Housecleaning went out of their way by arranging the children's towels and toys the kids left lying around so the kids felt extra cared for. Hera is a lovely hotel with a great pool area and snack bar. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. It is a good walk into Laganas, so you need to be fit or hire transport.
