The most beautiful hotel on the island! Highly recommended! Excellent by all means... The staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating! Super delicious food! The rooms are amazing!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is so well designed that you will not want to leave the hotel. All the rooms overlook this "pool-lake" in the center of the hotel. Every detail is thought out to the smallest detail, the rooms are very high and have a different "airiness". All the common areas are very high, so you do not even realize that you are in a building. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. The reception is a masterpiece, the staff is very kind, smiling and ready to help. All areas are spotlessly clean. As for the restaurant, we ate the best duck, the atmosphere is fantastic. The impressions of the hotel cannot be described in words.

The hotel is an absolute gem, professional and so beautiful. What we loved: - fantastic rooms, tastefully decorated - amazing food and drinks - they are amazing, we ate in lots of places on the island but sometimes we wished we had eaten in the hotel - the staff are so kind and nice, literally everyone. Sometimes people stop when they are driving to give you a lift - it is like family. They also organised our taxis to/from other places and they offered the option to charge by the room which was really nice as taxis are usually cash only. A pre-flight test to the UK was also organised for us at the hotel which was really convenient. - seems very small, no crowds at breakfast (we usually ate early but even when we ate at 9.30 it was still quite nice) - transfers to/from the beach - I wish they had mentioned this earlier as we almost didn't choose the hotel because of it. Olea is located on a hill and is about a 15 minute walk to the beach but on the way back you have to walk uphill which can be tricky so the shuttle is nice. Things we didn't like: - wasps - there were a lot of them, we usually like to sit outside when we have breakfast but unfortunately that was not possible here. I know it's not the hotels fault but it did affect our experience (the hotel will offer you burnt coffee to make the wasps fly away but this rarely works unfortunately). Maybe my biggest annoyance as I have a fear of wasps but still worth mentioning. - the room we initially got was not what we expected, the view was directly onto other people sitting by the pool and it was very noisy. We were offered to move after a day so it wasn't a big deal. But if we hadn't been offered a change we would have considered changing hotel/room type as the room was very poor and there was no privacy at all. - also had trouble getting an ironing board from our room (we called twice and once someone came with another ironing board so we were stuck with two, and the second time no one came at all) - the fridge is quite warm inside - no coffee machine in the room - hard to find exactly the room you want, for example I wanted a swim up room with a shared pool but it was the one with no seat above it and it was quite hard to find exactly which room to book (it's a great overwater suite for anyone interested and is the best room for the money).
