Our stay at Hotel Contessina was absolutely excellent! We were kindly upgraded to a room with a private pool at no extra charge, which was a fantastic surprise! The service throughout our stay was outstanding

Our room overlooked the pool, a peaceful, elegant scene that looked like something out of a dream. We thought it might be noisy being so close to the water, but it was the opposite: pure silence

The mattress was divine, the pillows soft and perfect, the scent of the sheets warm and clean. What truly sets Contessina apart is the care. Every second, every detail, every smile felt genuine

The restaurant is nice, it’s a decent size and does have quite a good selection, but the food does get a bit repetitive by the end of the week but we always managed to find something to eat

The beds in our room were very uncomfortable, the mattress was rock solid and you only have 1 flat pillow to lay on, so we had to use towels to put under the pillow

You couldn’t relax with a cocktail in the sun for this reason. The hotel overall is very well maintained and clean, and the staff are all happy

The pool is very cold, we managed to get into it, the sea is definitely warmer than the pool, but in October you wouldn’t expect it to be warm

Entertainment was almost non existent but that didn't spoil it for us. The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable, had really good nights sleep

Our first impressions of Tsilivi Beach Hotel were great, the lady at reception who checked us in was lovely and very welcoming

This is such a great property! Staff are amazing and welcoming. It's very quiet and conveniently located next to the beach (we ate there once). Definitely a great location!

Location is great it’s right near the beach and has a nice beach bar called barracuda (as shown in some pics) and it’s also only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars which were all really good places to eat

The front desk manager of this hotel and a female staff member who is about 50 years old are the most rude and worst staff I have ever seen. This is the worst hotel front desk I have ever seen

We did stay with a few more children, but as a staff member, they should have informed us of the solution in advance. They did not agree to let us book a room again instead of rolling their eyes and being irritated

She didn't give me the room card. She took us to the room like interrogating a prisoner and asked me why the children were running around and not assigned rooms like when they put their passports

However I think it was an attempt to block an ant hole as several would appear every day from around that area and on the floor - thank goodness they weren’t red! There isn’t a grab rail for the bath and as the bath was quite deep and I am vertically challenged getting in and out was quite difficult

This hotel is rated by Tui as 4*. Sadly it struggles to make 3* at best. The positives are the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is extremely pleasant. There is something for everyone

Other reviewers have said C block is the best as it has been refurbished - well I'm sorry but room C201 has not been refurbished and should not be let out again in my opinion

Honest review travelled 4 adults 1 toddler Early October -we were lucky with weather so had nice days about 20-21 degrees…. stayed in rooms overlooking big pool nice enough need updating …

The restaurant was virtually empty but the choice of food was amazing with staff very quick to clear and make up tables. The beach is very close though this time of year the sea is very cold

It's a smaller hotel, but really very nice. It's quite smart from the outside, although in touristy type area. There were a few maintenance issues, typical of hotels at the end of a season

Food was amazing; a good variety of options, with high quality and excellent flavours. Staff worked hard and generally did a good job. The hotel has 3 pools, one of which is for children

The pool bars are open during the day, offering drinks and a small range of snacks. There was supposed to be entertainment, but as it was the end of the season, this had all stopped

Entertainment was hit and miss 2 young lads trying there best all day to keep quests happy. sad thing is i seen these 2 lads sleeping in the salon room with 2 single beds in

It was due to close the week after we were there, and some work had already started on a few items. Rooms were tidy, and cleaned every day; bed linen and towels changed as well

Fridge in the room was always restocked but drinks were warm and even after playing with the settings couldn’t cool anything

Was very disappointed with our holiday definitely not 5 Star wasps everywhere which maybe couldn't be helped staff at beach bar extremely rude maybe some training in customer service would be helpful certainly would not return to this hotel!!!!

The food and drink were excellent! Breakfast was really good and I'm really missing the greek yoghurt with cherries! The buffet had everything you could think of but a word of warning the omelette are HUGE x We alternated between the restaurant and beach house for lunch again, excellent

She is very kind and beautiful, and I had a great time there — she brought a big smile to my face every time I had also a facial massage with Areti and she did it so gently and softly that you could almost fall asleep

Hotel in a beautiful position for beach. Beach bar and service excellent. Hotel food good with plenty of choices. Hotel set in a nice bustling village. The staff in the hotel are exceptional

The hotel and rooms are very clean and modern. The whole staff is attentive and friendly. Especially Stella and Aggelos because they were very helpful during our stay and fulfilled our wishes to the best

In a nutshell everything was good but some guests were difficult to deal with

The personnel is very nice and they are friendly and communicative with the visitors. Rooms are very ideal and have most of all basic accessories for your stay. Their wifi system is perfect as well

Stayed for 3 wks studio was serviced daily excellent maid very quiet considering it is town centre , many bars,cafes & restaurants to choose from all within walking distance

We had a great 2 week stay in a superior second floor apartment, it was very clean, a good size and the balcony had an AMAZING view. The pool was lovely and did alternate days with the beach

No problem getting a lounger and was really peaceful. Yannis was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Yes the property is on a hill, but this makes the views even more AMAZING

There are cats in the yard and the breakfast is pretty good. It’s just that the transportation may not be that convenient, so you need to make an appointment or rent a car

We also enjoyed the walk down of an evening to go and have dinner. Tsilivi itself is a fabulous resort, so many restaurants and bars, you are really spoilt for choice. The beach is beautiful, had an amazing stay

We’re were there a week whilst attending a wedding. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with very effective air conditioning. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice

The location is about ten or twenty minutes drive from the airport. Overall it is suitable for vacation and leisure. The room is very beautiful and modern, very casual and comfortable

Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with an excellent choice of hot and cold dishes. We chose to take breakfast in the sister hotel across the road, although a smaller restaurant is also available here

The food was good and varied, with a large selection. the rooms were well-kept and cleaned every day or every other day, great location close to the sea and an amazing view from the terrace upstairs

Staff were really nice, oh and breakfast was ok, wasps kept you on your toes but that’s not the fault of the hotel…it was probably the honey Would I stay again…. yes, overall a good experience

Comparable to a box of Swan Vesta matches. Food was eaten at a sister hotel,a short hop across a road. Food was cooked fresh and was excellent. Cleaners are fantastic and left our room spotless each time

We had a fabulous 7-night stay in August and couldn’t fault a thing. Our shower had a small issue on the first evening, but this was resolved immediately by maintenance staff

Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Just 5 or10 minutes walk to the main resort area and 20 minutes to the beach. A shuttle bus is provided, but I was happy to walk

The staff was very good and responsive to any question or issue we had. I think there’s some room for improvement with breakfast and maybe lowering the AC a bit, but otherwise, it’s a really nice hotel

Pool and sunbathing excellent

I stayed here for a week and I enjoyed it. It's not loud outside because it is a bit from the city but I have 2 complaints. Number 1: basic breakfast, not a lot to choose from but the food was really good

The hotel in total is not bad, BUT if you like uphill walking then is no problem, you need to pay extra 7 Euro a day for the airco above your reservation, service & breakfast was good, close to the beach

Number 2: The bathroom door didn't have a lock and the door was glass and you could somewhat see through it. The staff was super kind, helpful and their English was good enough to understand them

Location excellent, literally right next to the beach, no issues getting a sunbed, pool great and bar service to pool also very good. Staff all very friendly and welcoming

The pool is great, lots of sun loungers too, never had to worry about not getting one ! The rooms are spotless and the view from our balcony was unreal. Staff are so good, nothing is too much trouble

Never had evening meal as restaurant closed at 17:00hrs, unbelievable! This hotel is very good for a bed for the night and in an ideal location, next to beach and very close to the *****

When we arrived, we were told there was a problem with our room – the previous guests had cracked the tub so the shower wasn’t usable. At first we were a bit worried about what that meant, but it all turned out fine

A special shout-out to Yiannis – so welcoming and attentive, and really helped create a nice friendly atmosphere! It’s a bit surprising the place isn’t busier at night, because it’s such a lovely spot

I think it’s just slightly further from the main *****, which we actually liked because it meant things were quieter – and you’re still only a few minutes’ walk from everything

It was my wife’s birthday and I asked if they could help with a cake, when we came down for dinner a whole party with hats, cake and decorations had been laid on for us, in an hour! Amazing! Highly recommended

Easy walk to the Waterpark and Bouka Beach, longer walk or taxi to the main strip/main beach. Dimitri and family were always friendly and accommodating

Our stay at Azure Resort & Spa exceeded all expectations! The vibe in Tsilivi is just amazing, exactly what we were hoping for: lively but friendly, with great restaurants, little shops, and lovely streets for evening walks

The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds available by the pool at any time. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient

With that being said the resort is basically on the main road of the town so all the shops, bars and restaurants were in very close vicinity

If someone came to rest here, this place is not a very good choice because at night people at the bar get drunk and loud and kids scream next to the pool during the morning

This place is great its cheap and its clean staff are friendly and welcoming rooms are large pool is lovely plays a nice mix of English music throughout the day not too loud just right they have different entertainment every night from karaoke to Greek dancers food is great they do English breakfast aswell only fault here is no telly in room was a bit of a shock and bring your own iron everything else...

Sandy and Giannis as welcoming as ever, met up with old friends,looking forward to going back. Its a great place, you are really looked after here, even if you travel alone you make friends and people look out for you

Yannis, Sandy and Maria were all lovely and couldn't do enough for me and my friends on our holiday. We had 2 rooms between the 4 of us and they were perfect for what we required

Bed, shower and fridge was all we needed as we ate out everyday. Last thing you want to do on holiday is cook 😉 rooms were regularly cleaned and towels changed

Amazing accomodation! We had some wonderfull days at Caravel Suites; the rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday (we had room 812 with our own, large pool and seasight; paradise!) staff was always very friendly and helpfull, the food at the buffet was excellent (at least that is what our clothes say…haha!)

We had the best vacation ever and would love to return one day, for sure :). Good cocktails, very (!) clean, new towels and drinks in your room everyday, great shower and bed, and so on…

Amazing hotel. Facilities are top of the range. We had a massage at the spa which was amazing. The best bit is the staff who can't do enough for you! Truly an amazing holiday that I would recommend to anybody. 5 star!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is so well designed that you will not want to leave the hotel. All the rooms overlook this "pool-lake" in the center of the hotel

What we loved: - fantastic rooms, tastefully decorated - amazing food and drinks - they are amazing, we ate in lots of places on the island but sometimes we wished we had eaten in the hotel - the staff are so kind and nice, literally everyone

- also had trouble getting an ironing board from our room (we called twice and once someone came with another ironing board so we were stuck with two, and the second time no one came at all) - the fridge is quite warm inside - no coffee machine in the room - hard to find exactly the room you want, for example I wanted a swim up room with a shared pool but it was the one with no seat above it and it...

As for the restaurant, we ate the best duck, the atmosphere is fantastic. The impressions of the hotel cannot be described in words

Maybe my biggest annoyance as I have a fear of wasps but still worth mentioning. - the room we initially got was not what we expected, the view was directly onto other people sitting by the pool and it was very noisy
