Amazing accomodation! We had some wonderfull days at Caravel Suites; the rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday (we had room 812 with our own, large pool and seasight; paradise!) staff was always very friendly and helpfull, the food at the buffet was excellent (at least that is what our clothes say…haha!). We had the best vacation ever and would love to return one day, for sure :).
Good cocktails, very (!) clean, new towels and drinks in your room everyday, great shower and bed, and so on…

Had a great holiday. Very friendly staff, with great customer service. Foods were amazing.

Amazing hotel. Facilities are top of the range. We had a massage at the spa which was amazing. The best bit is the staff who can't do enough for you! Truly an amazing holiday that I would recommend to anybody. 5 star!

Outstanding hotel in the area of Planos on the island of Zante, management and staff excellent the food and drink we would give 9/10. Be aware of the prices on the room upgrade but overall thoroughly enjoyed the 2 weeks. We definitely would like to go back

Amazing 18+ hotel. I can’t see anything negative. Our holiday was perfect. Nice room, two pools with comfy sunbeds and the hotel is directly on the beach. You can choose sandy beach or one with stones (where you can see many kinds of fish).

A very quiet and comfortable place to spend a beautiful vacation! Excellent services, delicious food and good drinks, spacious and very clean rooms, with amazing view, beach, swimming pools .... everything you could wish for! We highly recommend! We had a wonderful 7 nights stay in June and we will definitely be back! 5 out of 5, TUI Blue Caravel!

Great place for Adults only ! Highly recommend! You will find everything what You expect from a 5* hotel with All Inclusive option. Hotel is well maintained, has spectacular pools and green area. If you are interested also SPA available.Staff and service was wonderful. Food and drinks also top class. We had a lovely time there and would recommend to all people interested in Zakinthos!

After 6 nights and 5 more to go,we are dissatisfied with the available options in this hotel.
Due to COVID 19,we understand that there are rules set in place from the government and restrictions do exist.But we are missing here a lot in order to achieve a great experience,or at least an enjoyable one.
Breakfast buffet is repetitive,no alternatives for omelette,croissants and pancakes every day,salad without dressing *offered at lunch and dinner*.I have earned beautiful oral thrush after the very first day,not enjoyable at all.
Lunch and dinner upgraded to pork dishes and local fish.
Desserts repetitive,plenty of tarts,jellies and cream on everything,mousse and mousse.
The staff is working hard and we appreciate their work,they tend to look stressed most of the times.
The pool view is one of the best things but you need to catch a sunbed at 7am.The lounge area in front of the pool and sea is relaxing.
No music during the day here,you can swim and sunbathe,in a quiet environment,too quiet.
The room is basic,AC,deposit,bathrobes,balcony. Supplements of water every day and cleaning on a regular basis.
Per total,we wouldn't come back for this price and we would rate the hotel at 3.5*,definitely not 5*.
