Kavos Panorama Complex in Kavos

Arrived, it doesn`t tell you about the 60 odd steps up to the "slimy" pool. Room was dirty, NO toilet seat, nowhere to hang the shower rose, the floor was gritty and filthy, the mattresses had seen better days and lumpy, the air con was leaking, there is no reception and no restaurant, just a hot plate behind the bar, they write your names on a bit of paper at the bottom of the stairs by the road stating which room you are in for all to see. Although George was very helpful, i`d never go there again. They need to massively clean up their act. Not impressed at all. Don`t ever go by the photos, they want to make it look good, and it isn`t.

Arrived 1am no electric in room took 2 phone calls to get someone to rectify. Tap dripped all night in kitchen sink and cistern leaked causing bathroom floor to be like paddling pool. Following day tap wouldn't turn off called manager who hung up again. Rang again he brought elderly neighbour with monkey wrench and caused pipes to flood and blamed us. Electrics all blew and he refused to change room until we threatened to sue him. Finally got another room no electric again. Got sorted . No curtains at window with light on outside till 4am and 100 steps up to room from road. Manager extremely rude and aggressive. There for 10 days bins emptied twice including bathroom bin and we all know sanitation rules abroad! No maid service no clean sheets or towels not even a broom put over the floor. More toilet roll?? You had 1 you want more go to the shop! Beds are so uncomfortable too. DEPLORABLE PLACE. I know it is cheap and basic but could at least be clean and treat people as human. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Never once had a cleaner in the whole 7 days stay place was dirty , thick with dust and mites under the mattress in between the slats !! No toilet rolls or anything in the room, had to beg for clean towels. No reception no one to greet you no matter what the time of day it was the owner pinned your name on the board which was hard to see at 2am place was over run with mosquitoes
