The best vacation in resort I had in my lifetime. Room with a private pool was such a luxurious thing to have. Food with all-inclusive was really tasty and also different each day. The whole resort is really big a there is a plenty of activities you can do. And mainly you will find there the best animation crew. They will take care of you and you will feel like at home. Like you already know them from childhood and that was amazing. Just do be afraid and to talk with them to have the most from this vacation. Thanks again and see you next year! Yamas!

Well what can I say, from the moment of arrival the staff were beyond amazing, very welcoming and approachable (we arrived around 1am) There was food & drink that had been saved for the expected late arrivals which was very kind. When we got to our room it was a little bit smaller that we expected and as we were staying for 14 nights with 2 young girls ( 12 & 3 ) we kindly asked if there was and chance of upgrading our rooms, there was but at a fee. We paid this as it was our first family holiday and we wanted it to be memorable but I do think the family rooms need to be reviewed and possible upgraded and made slightly bigger. We upgraded to a room with a pool, this was very lovely, and to make it even sweeter the hotel staff made a towel swan on our bed and covered it with rose petals (my partner asked if they could do something special) we also had a bottle of sparkly waiting for us ＜3. We encountered a few issues with ants and our cleaning lady was so lovely she sprayed to room in every nook and cranny when she came :) and she interacted with us and the children wonderfully, we were in room 4112. The staff every night were very kind and caring and made you feel welcome. The Bus Boys are an absolute credit, and Joey at the pool bar WHAT AN AMAZING PERSON!! he made us laugh and was brilliant with the children. I have to say the best staff of all were the entertainment team, However I want to write a separate review for them as they really do deserve it.

After reading previous reviews prior to our holiday at this hotel, I was concerned if we had made the right choice. All I can say is what a wonderful holiday we have had. Wonderful friendly, attentive staff, amazing selection of food, fantastic entertainment in a fabulous location. Of course there are some areas of the hotel which are a little tired but it doesn’t detract from the overall amazing experience we have had. We hired a car for the day at a really good rate. We travelled into Prasanisi and Lindos both quite close to the resort. It was lovely to visit St Paul’s bay and the chapel where we were married 15 years ago, was lovely to bring our children to see. We also, highly recommend, a trip on the Glass Bottom Boat, which you can book on the beach. Great family day, viewing the Island from the sea, absolutely beautiful. The jet skis are a must too! Thank you Kiotari bay for a wonderful holiday. Rhodes will forever have my heart. See you again soon x

We arrived last night. The employees at the reception were very nice and we got also an upgrade, a room with swimming pool, but once entered the room we were very dispointed. It is not clean, the towels are the worst, the bed for my son looks not for a 4* hotel, WiFi very poor. Food is good but the restaurant is very crowded. We will try to enjoy this holiday, but we defently do not recomand the hotel.

Overall have returned from a lovely week away with my family. 2 children aged 11 & 7 had a great time however hotel is not 5 star and you will be charged tax for it to be a 5 star on arrival. €70. Chef catered well for celiac disease child age 7. No cross contamination occurred as all meals were prepared for her separately. We had to order lunch and dinner at breakfast for her which was helpful and settled our minds. Staff were excellent & could not be faulted. Hotel is run down, reception letters worn on the front desk, tiles missing around the pool. Toilets in communal areas not working / leaking and unclean most times. Room was nice and spacious but bathroom dangerous and slippery. Daughter slipped and fell in bathroom. Main drain didn’t seem to work. And sometimes smelt. We used a towel on the floor at all times. Aircon leaked. Can only go to A la Cart once, even though there were 2 a la carts. The service was poor at the Greek A la Cart and the toilets awful. Not what you expect from a 4.5 star hotel.

I will just post these and leave them here we are here for 10 days and very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. We have stayed in Greece for years and had amazing holidays we are a group of 10 and paid over 12,000 to get this.

I think there is a small amount of staff. And also there is some water leaking at the beach smells like sewage even the sea smells like it. Also there is nothing special to come here. And also a quite small buffet.

We booked Kiotari Bay hotel expecting a relaxing 4-star getaway but left feeling short-changed and disappointed. From the start, our room had serious maintenance issues—a broken safe (a breach of the hotel's responsibility to provide a safe environment for our belongings), faulty toilet, and dead phone. Despite multiple complaints, these problems remained unresolved throughout our stay, and we spent far too much of our time chasing staff for help. Don’t be fooled by the hotel’s website as the advertising is misleading: there’s no golden sandy beach - just a pebble beach. In fact the closest sandy beach we found was Glystra beach, a 20 min walk from the hotel and it wasn’t exactly golden sand either. The “9 pools” are creatively counted sections of a few with limited sunbeds available, and key amenities like the ice cream station and jacuzzi were out of service. Having travelled far and wide and stayed at a range of accommodations from 1 star to 5 star, for an All Inclusive hotel, there seemed to be a lack of inclusivity with a limited variety of food, especially for vegetarians. We were shocked to find that certain cocktails, wines, and even teas/coffees had to be paid for, despite the "all-inclusive" label. We also found that there was nowhere within a reasonable distance to exchange money. Most hotels would at least offer the service, even though it’s not suggested as they carry a lower rate than a bureau. However the only option we had on a Sunday was to withdraw money from an ATM which had considerable fees. Between speaking to various hotel staff at reception and guest services, our TUI rep was the only person who responded with urgency and professionalism. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt more like a 3-star hotel at best, a complete letdown and certainly not worth what we paid. This trip was meant to be a relaxing break but ended up being stressful and disappointing. It felt like a rip off. Would not return!

Do NOT go to this hotel if you are expecting a 4* experience, this is 3* at best!!! Staff amazing and food OK, however, all amenities are sub standard, main pool is atrocious, filthy and dangerous broken sharp tiles all around the edge of the pool/pool bar! This pool should be closed and totally refurbished! Sunbeds are cheap and filthy, also tables around the snack bar at the ‘quiet pool’ are rotten and filthy! Never enough sunbeds, we went to the quiet pool at 7am on our way to breakfast and someone sat there said all loungers were reserved at 6am!!! Only 1 person sat on them!! We attended the Italian a’la Carte restaurant and asked for a glass of house wine with my meal and told ‘only beer and soft drinks served, unless you want to buy off the wine list’ never heard anything like it!!

Had a fantastic 11 night stay here. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing especially lyle the entertainer joey behind the pool bar the lady manager in reception and the lady manager on guest relations who were both so helpful as a suitcase of ours did not make it to rhodes. Lyle and joey were amazing with us all but especially my 4 year old son who was sad to say bye to them both they all made our stay enjoyable. There isn't much to do outside the hotel however we got a bus to Lindos one night and wish we had known about this earlier as on the bus route there was loads of places we could have gone to and the bus was cheap and very easy to get. We 100% come back to this hotel amazing time had by all 8 of us.
