The hotel area is divided into two parts: one located on a small hill, and the second - on the first line. The transition from one part to another occurs at short equipped the tunnel. Beach: own sandy-pebble beach only 100 m away from the Junior Suites, and 300 metres from the main building (1st coastal line). Walkway to the beach from the hotel, across the road, carried through the tunnel. Entrance to the sea pebbles. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs, towels: free of charge. Reviews
We had a room with a private pool, and it was a great experience. Even though the water was already a bit cool at the end of September, we still used it and enjoyed the privacy a lot.
The beach is sandy and very pleasant, and the food was tasty with good variety. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxing and well-organized.
The animation team kept a very low profile and was barely noticeable throughout our stay.
In contrast, we would like to give a very special thanks to Stefi, the lifeguard at the big water slides. She is an incredibly kind, warm and smiling person, always attentive and positive. She truly made our experience even better. She even congratulated me on my birthday in such a kind and thoughtful way — it meant a lot to me. Wishing her all the best and great success in the future.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would gladly consider returning in the future.
Rooms are all fully air conditioned and immaculate, as was the full hotel. Highly recommended and will be back again.
Staff very friendly and sccomodsting.
Dining was limited as the resort did notnhave all the restuarants that they advertise in operat on as two are still under constrcution.
The Italian restaurant which is the all day dining during the say was average pizza were no better than frozen ones to be honest i was expecting something far superior to what they served being a sepcialist 'Italian' option.
The moonlight restaurant (their posh 'fine dining') option was a huge let down the service was terrible and being a vegetarian the option were linited and the taste of the dishes were all the same. The buffet restuarant catered well and Chef Stav and Chef Stefan deserve huge credit for catering for us!
The Tex-Mex was good the menu only shows burger options but they put a Mexican buffet.
The spa although treatment prices were reasonable the spa condition was poor. The sauna had litter, wooden benches were broken. The tropical showers were not working. In additin the steam room smelt really bad with almost a sweage whiff!
The gym was good but limited in terms of equipment. They also had a jacuzzi and indoor pool within the spa. But only available to over 16s.
Other facilites include kids club, mini golf (9 holes), paddle court, tennis court, archery, outdoor theatre for evening entertainment.
