This surpassed our expectations. Fantastic location in Kolonaki, away from the busy centre, but with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Lovely building, beautiful, spacious room, and such great staff all of whom were super-helpful and seemed to be available at all hours! Rooftop bar was a perfect setting for early evening drinks watching the sunset. We didn't try the breakfast, but reading other reviews it sounds like we missed a treat. (That said, there are an amazing number of brunch spots in Athens.) A great place to stay to enjoy and explore Athens

Small hidden gem with 6 rooms in a great location. We booked the two largest rooms ( #4 Signature Suite Lycabettus Hill view & #6 Cine Flair Suite), each with their own private terrace. Very clean and spacious with lovely decoration. Breakfast was good and the people that work at the hotel bend over to make your stay special. Panagiotis is the very best. You can walk to all the main attractions in the Center of Athens. Many nice restaurants and bars within minutes. We enjoyed our evenings on the terrace as well as our breakfast in the morning. We highly recommend

Stairs were a little more than expected but the staff were very friendly, helpful with luggage as well as informative
Room was also a little tight with our baggage but had a nice view and easily accommodates our needs

Quirky and stylish property conveniently located for the Kolonaki / Exarhia / Syntagma / shopping district areas. Beautiful top floor room in a listed building. There are stairs to climb so be prepared - luggage not an issue as the staff takes care of it.

Overall very enjoyable stay... will be back...

Beautiful room with huge ceilings. Great air conditioning and bathroom.

We received a welcome drink and had help getting hour bags up the flights of stairs to the room. Fairly easy walkability to most attractions of Athens

It's a cool hotel... the location isn't great.

There's no elevator but they will help you with your bags up all the stairs. The hot tub didn't work property, wasn't heating and was shorting out... so having the extra balcony space and hot tub expense wasn't worth it - for us, anyway.

It's an incredibly small space/room for the cost.

Wifi/internet doesn't work or is extremely intermittent to the point of not working/frustration. TV doesn't work because of this either. They said it was a neighbourhood issue - so that is unfortunate for them as this service is not dependable or provided. We were strangely able to access wifi enough to use Netflix on a tablet but not on the TV.

That being said, yes, the view from the patio is cool for 2 minutes. The service was exceptional. The value for what you get is not in line.

We had an amazing stay at Flair Athens! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly comfortable, our one was with a hot tub.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, offering helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay.
We loved every moment and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend Flair Athens for anyone visiting this incredible city!

Hotel is located in a good area, but with no elevator and many tight stairs case to climb there are no amenities at this hotel the bar and the rooftop was closed. room installations are no good. You can hear the alarm going out and people taking shower from the next room. There is no restaurant, they offer breakfast but you have to eat it at your room with limited menu. The front desk is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will not stay at this hotel in the future not valued for the money.
