Service is good, easy to communicate and always tried to help.
The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Although the room was a bit old, it was good for a family trip of 4 because there were two bathrooms.
I recommend it for a family trip.
I called to make a reservation of the available suit-family room and talked with some male employee who said YES we have a room available,see you.Then when I came to the hotel he says wait,i need to finish with one guest before you,then came two guests he serve them and we wait still.Then I came to him and say,Sir can we at least see the room in the meantime.He says NO,you cant see the room,the room is not ready yet,you need to make a reservation first and then see the room.And of course because we were rejected we walked away.
To the owner dont let the desk staff run your hotel because when they 'have work' they reject the guests.We were sure to take the room we just wanted to see the room and he turned us away because he was 'busy'.
The hotel loby and the space was nice.
They also have Parking if you arrive by car (9 Euro per night).
Excellent service by the front desk and rest of the staff. Breakfast was a surprise- vey nice selection of cheeses, baked delicacies and good coffee.
Good location
Air conditioning works better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in Europe. The only negative was the doors close pretty loudly so it can wake you up in the room when someone else closes their door, but we would still recommend this hotel to others staying in Athens!
