Ivis 4 Boutique Hotel in Athens

My husband and I had a great stay at the IVIS4 hotel. The location is fantastic, located in Psyri and super close walking to a bunch of great restaurants, cafes, and a 15 min walk to retail shopping area. The rooms are very clean, and even the twin/double room is quite spacious. We stayed in the Exclusive suite on 4th floor for a night as well, but the only downside here was that it had more floor to ceiling windows, and was facing the bar street, so at night especially on the weekends you can hear the music outdoors until like past 4am, so I didn’t sleep very well that night. But after transferring rooms to the double, which had less windows and faced the other wide of the block, the room was very quiet and peaceful.
Their free breakfast is pretty good with a decently large menu with all the basics.
The staff was super accommodating and nice. I would stay here again when I come back to Athens.

Nice modern hotel in a good location. The hotel is newly renovated with lots of nice tech upgrades. Staff were wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very good.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious for the location. Location is great - no need to rent a car and can walk almost everywhere of interest, including attractions and dinners. The team was great and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent in all aspects and a real gem in the heart of Athens. We stayed for a week and were made to feel welcome by all of the staff. Every member of the team would go out of their way to say hello, ask if you needed anything and were always incredibly helpful. Food was excellent, service was faultless and we will definitely return.

I spent a great ten nights in February 2026. The hotel was new, modern, clean, and well-run by a young Greek and English-speaking team. If you are looking for a big "Intercontinental Hotel" type of luxury experience this may not be the place for you. If you want a small family-run, modern inn, located in a more off-beat neighborhood with pubs and restaurants frequented by locals as well as tourists then Ivis 4 is the place for you.

I had a two-room suite on the third floor. I was originally traveling with an unrelated friend, and we wanted the extra space/privacy. My friend canceled due to illness, so I had the suite by myself. It was essentially two regular rooms combined into one. The terrace was huge.

One problem was unreliable internet in the neighborhood. I noticed no issues for the first seven days, but on day eight the internet was down for some hours. It came back up but went down again. For the next two days I could not connect. The problem appeared to be with the network outside of the hotel and beyond their control. I successfully used my phone hotspot as an alternative.

Stayed here in July 2025 for 2 nights before our cruise out of Athens. It was in great location and easy walking distance to everything, bars, restaurants, Acropolis! We stayed in a suite and highly recommend, so much space! Breakfast was great too.

Only stayed one night in this pleasant design boutique hotel in Psirri, our favorite neighborhood in Athens. Comfortable beds, contemporary design, please staff and fantastic location, on a quaint and quiet street. Highly recommended!!!

Service was amazing, the hotel staff genuinely cares about making sure you have a great stay.
The hotel itself is lovely and has everything you need. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. If you are staying in Athens, I would definitely recommend staying here. Location is also right in the middle of the best restaurants and cafes.

This boutique hotel was above and beyond – a peaceful, luxurious gem tucked away on a quiet pedestrian street right in the center. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfasts were excellent, and the whole place had a pampering vibe. The room was quiet, well-equipped, and super comfortable – everything we needed and more. Highly recommended!

Everything you could want in a hotel and great friendly service from everyone. Loved our stay at IVIS4. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and feel luxurious. They have every amenity in your room and sound proof windows. The location is close enough to take the train from the airport to Monastriaki station and just half a block away from a bustling location with tons of restaurants and bars. You can easily walk to the acropolis and other historic sites. The complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus and very delicious. Would love to come back and stay here again.
