Very friendly staff, however, there is not much to do around the property.

During our Cruise my wife became ill. We were Life Flighted from Santorini to Athens. The hospital shared their suggestions for a hotel. The front desk manager at Ace, Rafael immediately welcomed me and got me settled into my room. He recommended some food and offered to help me with further transportation to the hospital. Honestly, he and EVERY staff member were beyond terrific! Each morning and evening the Staff always asked about my wife’s progress in healing! And the food in-house was fabulous! Always fresh, perfectly prepared and served with a smile. During the TWO weeks my wife was hospitalized I tried nearly every offering on the menu, and not one thing could have prepared in a better way. I have never eaten or been treated better!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel, where we hosted a two-day conference. The event was supported by high-quality facilities, exceptional catering services, and reliable technical support. The professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality of the staff played a key role in the smooth organization and overall success of the conference. Ace Swim Club in Glyfada is undeniably stylish, with super cool design and a vibrant, trendy vibe. The overall atmosphere is impressive, but unfortunately, the experience doesn’t quite meet 5-star standards. The rooms are quite small, and while beautifully designed, they lack practical comfort. Service is another weak point — slow, often inattentive, and lacking in common sense. For instance, food is served at the restaurant without napkins or basic accompaniments, and breakfast orders like coffee are easily forgotten or delayed. Housekeeping also needs improvement. During my stay, the cleaning staff failed to replenish basic room amenities like shampoo and toiletries — something you’d expect to be automatic in any hotel, let alone one positioning itself at a luxury level. The included breakfast is limited in choice and quality. It’s more worthwhile to skip the inclusive rate and opt for the à la carte menu instead. Bottom line: it’s a stylish and enjoyable 4-star hotel, but it doesn’t quite deliver the consistency and refinement expected of a true 5-star experience.

Excellent for an afternoon drink at the pool. There is a semi-hidden bronze lounge bar, excellent for cocktails in private.

The breakfast was perfect and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. In the evening there was a dj playing lounge music and the atmosphere was very enjoyable.

It was ideal for hosting clients — stylish yet unpretentious. Before dinner, I spent time in the lobby areas, which are truly a standout feature of the hotel. They're filled with local and contemporary art, creating a cultural, gallery-like vibe that feels vibrant and inspiring — perfect for informal meetings or simply soaking in the atmosphere. After dinner, I asked the incredibly polite and welcoming front desk team if I could view a room. They were more than happy to show me around, and I was struck by the stylish, minimalist design — calm, clean, and exactly the kind of place I'd love to unwind in. I’ll definitely be back for a weekend getaway — this hotel offers more than just a stay; it’s a creative, welcoming experience in the Athenian Riviera!
