Stayed for the weekend as part of a nearby conference.
Location was excellent, plenty of amazing restaurants around and a short walking distance from public transit.
Service was amazing, staff was always happy to assist with anything I needed. The room itself was rather small and the windows faced another building - but the room was clean and tidy and the bathroom/shower seemed renovated (if, again, very small and felt a little cramped). Bed was very comfortable.
Morning Breakfast isn't too fancy, but the things that were offered were fresh and tasty.

My second stay in this hotel, got again a warm welcome. Very good breakfast and complimentary water/coffee in the room. Metro station and also airport bus nearby.

The room was a good size, fully equipped, and even included complimentary soft drinks. The location was convenient, very close to the conference center and easy to get to the airport and subway station. The environment was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly.

I chose this location because it's near the tourist bus stop and the airport shuttle bus stop, making it quite convenient. I was a little disappointed with the balcony room described on the website as a street view. The so-called street view actually faced a narrow alley, and the balcony was very small, practically overlooking a row of apartments. We couldn't even open the curtains.

The hotel management was poor. When I checked in that night, I discovered the landline phone in the room was disconnected and unusable. The toilet tank was leaking, refilling every few minutes as the water level dropped. The noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep, so I simply closed the water inlet valve.

The breakfast was quite good, even including cherries and milkshakes, and the dining environment was elegant.

The information on Trip.com app is not accurate the hotel is NOT near Akropoli station , it is closer to Megaro Moussikis station. Stay on the blue line straight from the airport, no need to switch lines. Lovely stay. Will be choosing it again.

Was put up here by an airline after a cancelled flight, so can’t really complain since I didn’t pay for this. But comfortable rooms, good facilities, and their version of room service is a great idea - a selection of local eateries offering some of their popular dishes available for delivery, with the reception calling you when it’s down there ready for pickup. Unfortunately, only down side is the walls are paper thin, so sounds from hallways and neighbouring rooms are clear as day. Good selection for (inclusive) breakfast, however mini bar options were pretty poor.
