The hotel is a little remote and a huge distance from the airport. It is also quite remote from other areas too. That in itself is not a bad thing, but the two restaurants will not consider a change to the plate. We stayed for two night there over weekend and really enjoyed. It is a new fashion style hotel at the heart of the city. Room are indeed a bit on the small size but brand new with modern touch and nice bed. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was included and was very good with variety and quality. A great city style hotel and highly recommended.

Nice stay. The resort has a great capacity, there are a lot of rooms looking like little individual houses situated very picturesque on levels on the hill. We experienced 2 earthquakes here and everything seemed stable. Great location, clean room, the breakfast buffet options were great as well. We enjoyed staying at the Cosmopolitan hotel and definitely recommend it. We generally did not like the beach options nearby, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Beaches nearby were dirty and the beach bar music was very loud everywhere.

What has amazing experience all of the staff are lovely and welcoming excellent customer service especially from Alexandro I purchased a lot of the mascato wine within my stay and unfortunately they ran out but he managed to get more the bigger bottles thank you so much I will definitely be back.

The location is excellent. Service is also good by Chris. Room is huge and comfortable. The only problem is that the recommended carpark is about 8 mins walk away and if you have heavy and huge luggage it's a bit of problem.

Located in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the beach, the rooms are quite large, the staff speaks good English and are very friendly, and there are many restaurants nearby downstairs, but the towels are rather old and yellow, and the breakfast selection is limited.

My husband and I loved the convenience of its location. 1.5 blocks to the port. Where you can go for a morning walk, exercise, most restaurants, cafe's are all around. It's on the main shopping street. Easy to catch a taxi or walk anywhere you'd like. This place is very clean, and quiet and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
