One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at!! 😀 It is a new facility and everything is very clean and tidy. Rooms are bright and airy with large windows and dim lighting where needed. Beds are very comfortable with your own light and charging station and privacy curtains. The common room on the 6th floor with views of the city has a homely feel about it with different types of seating for working...

I can say there is no smoking area in this hostel. If you're smoker think twice or more. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean but so small. Breakfast is simple but enough Location is great but you should know there is parking problem (it's about Thessaloniki).

At the end of my stay I felt like a hobbit that had been there and back again. The hill is very steep and arduous.

I absolutely loved my time at Crossroads Hostel. From the moment I arrived there was a homely, cozy atmosphere. I really enjoyed the view from the balcony and the new terrace with bar, where I spent a lot of time reading with of course super nice music and delicious, quality coffee. The staff were always helpful, friendly and pleasant for a chat. This is a great place to meet other solo travelers....

Very clean and cozy hotel in the city centre. It’s the first time my bedsheets smell amazing and very fresh all over the room. Will definitely stay again. The stuff was very helpful and kind.

I give it four stars for its great location. The building was somewhat old. We stayed on the 7th floor with a balcony overlooking Egnatia Street. It is convenient to have a small lift. Here, one shouldn't expect too much from an old building. However, if you could appreciate a clean room, then you won't be disappointed. The bed and pillows were okay. I take that hotel because was one of the cheapest option in the center.The service was really good,they was available and kind but the room was not the best: the furniture was really old and the bathroom didn't have a hair dryer, the shower space was unmanageable and it was all over the floor. But in the end for two nights and being alone it was a good solution

Very nice staff! So helpful and always polite — this is the best part of the hotel experience. Hotel btw is quite old and but clean and there is everything you need. Wi-fi is pretty good but not in the night — so if you’re owl-worker be aware not to leave all workload to the night time. Also there is no lobby so if you are in need to wait you should go outside (but there are nice cafes near the corner...

Very centrally located hotel in Thessaloniki... Very good prices... Comfortable with all the amenities you need... Only drawback is that there is no breakfast area... That is not a problem though as just outside there are plenty of coffee shops and various eating places...I have stayed here before and I will stay here again... Friendly staff... Recommend it...

Very helpful staff. The location is great. There are many shopping shops, coffee shops etc. The hotel is clean but the decoration needs to be renovated. I stayed on 7th floor and can recommend my room, because it had very big balcony with a view to city.
