I only have the best to say about this cosy and hospitable hotel. I booked a single room with a double bed, for a two day business trip. The room had everything I needed. Room service and all other hotel services were excellent. Staff behaviour exemplary. I felt that the whole experience was value for money.

Great stay while I was in Thessaloniki!! The staff were fantastic and very accommodating when my puppy was dropped off to me the night before check out! They even had treats for him!

The hotel was very good. Personal have bene very kind and professional. The room was clean, and there was coffee and tea for free. A large hotel between the port and the train station on a busy boulevard. A bit rundown, but typical for the city. Extremely small elevators, often full. Kind staff.

We had a nice renovated room, not overlooking the street. The location is great. near the metro station, but also it is walking distance to all of Thessaloniki sites. In the room there is a small fridge, and a small balcony. It was clean. The breakfast was good, and I like that they do their best to prevent food waist.

3 and a half would be more realistic Huge hotel, ptofessional receptionists. If the room is free and you are a loyal guest, you can get early check in and late check out. The rooms are refreshed, modern. Brealfast very good but not self-self service. No safe box and kettle in the room but there is on the reception.

We stayed two nights at Metropolitan Hotel (August 21–22) and had a great experience. The reception staff (especially the man at the front desk) was very kind and helpful. The hotel is pet-friendly, and parking with a fee is available about 100m away—safe and convenient. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

It's bit old, worn and priced accordingly. If you just need a place to sleep and use WIFI, it's fine for that. Not to be confused with the much more modern and upscale Met Hotel a few kilometers away

I was very happy with my room. The service was all very helpful and kind, the restaurant recommendations that they gave me truly improved my visit to Thessaloniki. The breakfast was good overall, but the coffee was quite bad (but there are very nice coffee shops around).

We had a very pleasant stay at your hotel; everything was clean and tidy, the breakfast was always good, and the hotel staff were very friendly. My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were super friendly and patient. The breakfast was tasty with a decent variety of sweet and savory. Fresh and full of flavor. The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Our room, bed and bathroom were a bit snug but I chose a standard for 2 ppl, which is fine for 3 day stay. Nice clean room, professional and friendly staff. The only thing is you can’t get food delivered because they have a restaurant. I ordered room service the whole time I was here. The food is great but the menu is limited. If you have dietary restrictions this might not work. Otherwise, I would recommend it.

Nice hôtel. The only downside...there is no parking. You need to go and park your car in a car park and pay. The hotel does NOT offer Free Parking. That is the only downside. Other than that, it's a great hotel and the breakfast has a variety of choices.

The room in the remodeled hotel is rather small in size but quite clean. You can very easily walk to a few nice tourist places such as Roman Forum of Thessaloniki, Holy Church of S. Demetrius, Aristoteles Square.

This is a great buy in the middle of the busiest area in Thessaloniki. Astoria is located conveniently in the heart of Pasadena and close to entertainment, food, and many tourist attractions.

The service here was lovely from everyone we met. We had an executive triple room which was ok but quite small. Breakfast was very nice, but the hot food was not kept hot apart from the one containing pastries, the burners were not on either of the others on both mornings. There is a problem with their savage system. Asked them to repair my toilet as flush doesn’t work. They didn’t repair it. You are expecting more comfort after paying that amount of money but hotel is really old and I don’t think it’s value of the money has given

The room was small, but the shower room, sink, and toilet were clean and comfortable. However, I was a little disappointed that there were not many power outlets, which was inconvenient. The fact that there was a refrigerator and mineral water was provided was highly praised. I think it was a nice place to stay, with good restaurants nearby.

It's an old clean hotel with beautiful architecture and a small lift. Location is great — close to all amenities and easily accessible from and to the airport via the 01X bus. Room was adequate and nice staff. We didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that.
