I am an experienced traveler and find this hotel to be one of the best. First of all, I appreciate excellent catering - especially Greek cuisine. The staff, cleaning and the restaurant, are very nice and professional

This is the perfect hotel for a family getaway in the city, beautiful lobby, and every employee is very friendly and helpful. Our room was one of the large suites with two double beds and a spacious bathroom

The food offered was absolutely delicious! We also visited the rooftop pool at nighttime when it turned into a rooftop bar, it was a really great place to chill, relax, and enjoy the stunning nighttime city views! It really helped me to take everything in from the beautiful city!! We did not use all the amenities, however, I hope to visit here again to explore more of the hotel! Our family loves Capsis

Had the most amazing stay at Capsis Thessaloniki. The staff couldn’t do enough for you - all so friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the restaurant - the breakfast had a really good selection

The furnishings were appealing, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was very spacious, and the room also had a huge closet, which was very helpful for a family of four

I have been to this hotel for work a few times and it's a good choice for a short stay in the city. Business rooms are big and tidy, refreshments are good, buffet with many food choices including vegan options

There were fruits and baklava on the table, as well as a note from the hotel. In the bathroom there were shaving sets, dental sets and many more supplies. The Salonika restaurant had the best food we have ever tried

Rooms are very nice, the only 2 points I have on the Bathrooms are related to Shower Tub Antislip to be added as the available is not sufficient and the water pressure for shower is not strong enough

The room was clean, but the internal heating did not work satisfactorily. The staff attended as soon as called for malfunction and they were very nice. The hotel had very good breakfast

I also really enjoyed using the jacuzzi several times during my visit. However I would like to mention that on my last night. At 2/3 AM, a group of about 20-30 teenagers were shouting in the lobby, which woke me up

We paid €90 per night and this included free internet access (so I don't know what the previous reviewer is on about). Also included was an excellent buffet. The reception and concierge service was also very good

It is a five star hotel so you kind of expect the luxurious interior. It has a classic look that never goes out of style. Great for hosting conventions or for a short getaway

Stayed here for 3 nights in July 2009. The hotel is a little out of town near the industrial part of the port. Taxi was only €3 into the centre so not a problem

Rooms were quite large althought the bathrooms were quite compact especially the shower stall but in nice condition including nice toiletries if you like that sort of thing

My company booked this hotel through a package organized by our local foreign chamber of commerce for a steal. Nice hotel in a strategic location with good conference facilities

- diningroom openns at 07:00 and it was too late to eat if you need to go for for a trip (the lunch box that we got was very very poor). - the stuff and the room was great and the breakfast as well

For 600 euro per night I expect to get much more like; - bottle or two of water every day. - better quality shaving set (the knife was unuseble)

Me and my wife was a guest in Vanoro Hotel, for a weekend. All staff, special receptions are FRIENDLY & GREAT. Restorant & breakfast was PERFECT. Tasty food, A LA CARTE, for all day. Sauna, wellness , gym, new, clean

Nice city hotel well decorated and very modern. Rooms are little bit small but it’s ok if it’s just for couple of days. Bathroom it on another level , just perfect. Excellent location walking distance to main attractions

One evening, I used their room service because I was too tired to go out for dinner, and I was very satisfied—the food arrived quickly, and the burger was absolutely delicious! The hotel also has its own spa center with massages and facial treatments, which is a great bonus

I have been in this hotel for almost 2 weeks and I was really confortable. Room were clean, Common area such SPA and Gym very easy to use. Food and wine at restaurant were very good too. I recommend the stay.

The hotel is in a good location. Parking is free (local parking) - reservation is not possible. Possible supplement for breakfast. The hotel has several units, so the reception can be in a different location.

The location of the hotel is quiet yet in the city center with shops, restaurants and the harbour at walking distance. Definitely an excellent choice be it business or leisure

My only comment is that you cannot watch much on the TV - no Netflix, prime, etc. Regardless, we plan to visit Thessaloniki a few times a year this will be our go-to hotel!
