The room is spacious and clean, and check-in is easy. The bathroom is also quite clean, so it is a great place to relax! It is about a 5-minute walk from Thessaloniki Station.

It was really clean, we had a nice time and found parking easily, the area looked a bit negelected and unsafe but 15 min away from the city center and close to the one salonica outlet.
The hotel is 15 min walking away from city's night life area. We stayed there 2 nights. Didnt have any problem with finding a park place for our car. The hotel's street might be busy for parking but fir sure anyone eaaly find a lot for their car. Beside this we didnt feel unsafe walking to the hotel at nights. A nice place to stay with all the amenities needed. Location is convenient to visit the city. In spite of the appartment giving on the road it is quiet.
I chose Kripis Studios because I needed to work while I was in Thessaloniki and it is located in Ano Polis. The studio was lovely and very clean. The studio had a loft with 2 single beds. If I am in Thessaloniki with my sons, I would definitely want to stay tehre again. This place is perfect. It's 13 rooms, boutique-sized, located in a historically protected building, they really managed to design the rooms so in a way that connects modern comfort, good taste and history of the building. Excellent service and staff. The bed was very soft and the pillows were high, which reduced sleeping comfort. A pleasant surprise was the room's balcony.
Cute boutique hotel. Close to all the magor attractions. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Rooms are small but have all the amenities: comfortable bed and desk area for those needing to get a little work done. There is also a cafe space by the lobby that is a pleasant space to hang out.

City Plaza rooms were very clean and easy to check in/out. I had a downstairs room which you ca hear street noises and the door bell but it didn’t disturb me, so be minding you don’t like this type of noise.
About 15min walking to an Aristotle Square and other City sites also walkable distance.
Overall good couple of nights staying. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

The Hotel is in a very good location for all the sites very easy to get around Thessaloniki.
Front desk staff very helpful, making our stay very comfortable.
Everyday we were greeted warmly , the staff made suggestions of where to go.
I believe they really wanted us to enjoy their city which was just lovely and we sure did enjoy it.

The room itself was very clean and I enjoyed the balcony, bed - the air condition was so good 🙂 The hotel is well located between the old and new part of Thessaloniki so it’s possible with long walks around the city
The only thing to point out would be when I arrived the bathroom...
Good hotel! Of course, there are no additional amenities like a swimming pool or a gym, but they are not really needed in Greece

Good enough hotel for a short stay. We stayed a week and breakfast got boring. Staff is beyond nice and helpful. But hotel is in real need of maintenance!! A/c froze mid night so got hot, starts dripping big time in morning, tap water never gets cold, shower design terrible, water goes everywhere, bedroom key kept not working, curtains were half of the real, safe didn't...
Nice hotel, the room was a bit small for us there was No balcony or place to hang the laundry.
The reception service was great, we accidentally booked the room for disability access, and the receptionist changed it to regular room.

The accommodation is in a very central location, which is definitely its main strength. However, the rooms are quite small (I wouldn’t recommend them for four people) and there is no view at all — from the window you only see a grey wall and the dirt of the inner courtyard so you hardly can relax in the room but need to go out.
The room was clean, but I would suggest changing the cleaning products...

It was a perfect location for our one day in Thessaloniki. Beautiful room, very central location, amazing breakfast, very welcoming staff. Keep in mind, that in order to pull your car to the check in though, you would have to make a prohibited turn from the main street. The location is very central. The check-in is at the hotel across where you pick the keys up. There is no parking, and access by car is very difficult. We parked our car by a nearby over-night car park. The breakfast is served at the hotel next door, and it was below average for our liking. We preferred to go out and have our breakfast at a cafe. The room had wear and tear, especially the shower.
At the hearth of Thessaloniki, the location is great, you don't need take your car, and everywhere is easy to walk. Car park is a little bit complicated, the best way you should call reception prior coming to hotel for a couple of minutes earlier. Rooms are large enough, also clean.Staff is very polite and helpful all the time.

It wasn't so bad as it was a hostel. But the twin bed which was on the other bed was so high. I was scared to fall off. A Bunk Bed Guardrail would be great. And lastly toilet and bath was not so good.
Best place to stay in Thessaloniki if you’re wanting some peace and quiet as well as going for walks in the upper town.It feels like a home away from home. It is comfy and clean. They are so accommodating and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Tucked away on narrow/ steep streets, was still east to find. However parking, if u have a car, could be tricky. They lock the common area from about 11pm to 9am, so no way to get food out of fridge/ use kitchen if you leave early. Big lockers for luggage in room, individual electrical outlets at each bed . I would prefer to book directly with the owners and not on a platform that provides no assistance when aspects of the stay require an instant solution.
It is a very convenient place to be in the center of Thessaloniki. It is an excellent location, just a few meters from the White Tower and the International Exhibition Center.

Super apartment/studio in central Thessaloniki. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need, including little kitchen for longer stays. Very good price. The only negative would be that the front-facing studios are a little noisy due to being on the main street but that wasn't an issue for us. Also our studio had the shower in the living area, which was fine for us but maybe something to consider...

The TV remote wasn't in the room. The air conditioner remote was there, but it wasn't working.
The location was great, but very noisy. Not satisfied, although the staff reacted very quickly. The kettle was very dirty, and the replacement was broken. No frying pan was provided. The windows were dirty. The price was very good for two people for four days.
Flat is in the epicenter of Thessaloniki nightlife. It is well equipped and staff is reliable.
It was easy to get to the apartment, and pretty clear from the instructions we got. No human service involved, and you only get when you need to get the keys. Really good value, clean and tidy. Small apartment but it was more than enough for a quick vacation. Full of nice things like microwave and even coocking stove. Mostly clubs and bars in the area, so a bit noisy at night.

Wonderful self catering apartments in a lovely old period house, extremely comfortable, a quiet road but still very centrally located. The management staff were so welcoming and helpful. A lift to every floor. There is also a lovely lounge on the top floor for chilling out and having a private coffee or drink. Highly recommended and my first choice should I revisit.
Gorgeous apartment on a quiet street in the heart of the city. Everything was very comfortable, and nicely laid out. The kit gen could have used a frying pan but other than that, perfect.

One of the best places I've ever been to. The appartments look very classy and beautiful, the living room and the bed room are big and comfortable. Easy to even sit and socialize. The decoration and architecture is elegant, the bathroom fresh and clean and really really comfortable.
It's also walking distance to aristotle square and close to most restaurants...
Beautiful apartment in a central location. View from the balcony at the rear of the property was not the best (overlooking unkempt yards of other properties), but it was quite and the balcony is nice. The Gatto team arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport which was great as we were checking in late and the driver showed us to our room. Highly recommend using the pick up service, cost was very reasonable...
