Great location, 2 minutes on foot from the bus taking you to the center of Corfu (air-conditioned and usually not too crowded) and 5 minutes on foot from a great beach! The atmosphere is amazing, the food is delicious, the staff (and especially Dimitris) is the best you could imagine. So kind, welcoming and helpful! You can really feel they pour their heart and soul into what they do. A blue flag beach is a short walk away and so is the bus stop and a grocery shop. Highly recommend!

Our permanence was amazing, staff VERY kind and nice, food is great also, I tried some typical food and it was really good. Superb location with outstanding panoramic view, lovely owners and staffs, excellent services, very good food and drinks outlets serving tasty food from a rich menu varieties, and the daily breakfast is just good enough. This hotel is great place to spend a vacation's stay.

Honestly not the greatest place. What was called a beach across from the hotel was not an option for children. The nearby beach was full of rubbish and stank of sewerage. The room was ok. Cleanliness was the best (thanks the cleaning lady). Breakfast was at best average.

The hotel is in a very good location and has an amazing view of a beautiful island and a church. It also overlooks the airport, which is a unique and fascinating experience. Unfortunately even though it was perfect for catching the ferry to Albania , I found this hotel very tired and basic . Definitely too pricey for what I’ve paid . I didn’t have towels or toiletries, but my friend did in his room. I wouldn’t be returning.

Great location on the beach. I'd rate the hotel as 3 star, and excellent value for that standard. We had a first floor sea view room, with stunning views. The olive trees giving us privacy from people on the beach. There's a few restaurants and bars nearby, but not a lot. Between the pizzeria and the pharmacy behind an iron gate is a simple hotel that offers very clean basic rooms, a refrigerator and air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The people are kind, Costa and his wife are very kind and generous. The location is excellent, surrounded by excellent restaurants and nautical activities, sailing, etc.

The owner Kostas was so nice. He treats everyone with kindness and my son loves him. Everyday he greets my son and made him feel special. However, the breakfast needs more improvement, not much of options needs fruits etc.

Cute old hotel. Perfect location, cab station out front. I walked from the airport and it wasn't bad at all. It has been remodeled. Bed was a bit firm. The heat worked well and plenty of hot water.

The room has been newly renovated and doesn't look as old as the pictures circulating online, especially the bathroom. However, the new bathroom has a large massage shower head, which fills the entire small bathroom with water when you shower.

Don't believe any bad reviews about this historic hotel with an amazing spiral staircase & old fashioned decor. We were fortunate in that we had a balcony at the front with a view. The staff were super friendly & efficient including a free bottle of water on arrival. Had the best 5 days at Utopia Kavos. The location, apartment, pool, view just everything was exactly what me and my friends look for on our yearly get away. We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean. Cute cats dotted around aswell made it the perfect place to stay in Kavos.

Fabulous little place within 5 minutes walk to the harbour very clean with a large balcony which was lovely. Cleaning lady is absolutely adorable and comes every morning. Only negative is quite limited amenities for self catering although we didn't plan on cooking anyway it might be an issue for those who do. Would definitely return in the future

Everything fantastic. The room was located less then 5 min to the main square and 10 min to the beach. The room was clean and it had a nice balcony.

Close to everything by foot. Great small shops with quality clothes, souvenirs, jewellery, shoes etc. Great tavernas, restaurants, cafes. The Port is lovely to hang out at. Beaches are a short walk.

Nice and clean apartments. Very good service. The pool is small but it was enough for everyone. We were able to get groceries from the market next door. Plus the kids got nice gifts on our last day there.

Super friendly cleaning lady who also is the contact person. Apartment is located 5-8 min walk from where everything is at but it's still quiet at night. Clean place with all the basic things you would look for (towels, bar soap, basic kitchen items, filter coffee pot, tea kettle). Only suggestion for improvement is something for a proper kitchen knife (only a small steak style knife is there)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff were brilliant, kind and hard working. George behind the bar was lovely. We had 5 nights in a newly renovated studio, it was excellent. The family are so friendly and accommodating, they can’t do enough for you. Rooms serviced daily and the beach, a quiet cove is just across the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. A memorable stay hosted by a great family!

We have been to Ipsos many times and stayed at many hotels and rooms. The Paradiso is definitely the best. Everything is spotless, fantastic rooms, pool area, and bar can't wait to go back again next year. Kostas Sia and family made us feel very welcome it feels like a second home. Recommend 100%

Highly recommend Paradiso! My friends and I had an excellent stay. It's spotlessly clean, the pool is fantastic and gets light all day long, short distance to the town centre and easily accessible to various beaches and the airport. Would definitely return!

We arrived at these appartments yesterday and they are just perfect. The welcome from the owners couldn't have been better. The rooms are immaculate in cleanliness. We are self catering and the kitchen is enough to cook basic meals. Plus there are a wide range of snacks/meals that you can order.
