Where to stay with pets in Corfu

Only 1 bar on an evening ,when the female staff were on alone or together it wasn't uncommon for them to just bugger off for a smoke, you often felt you were an hindrance to them(they would regularly take personal calls or face time there boyfriends)

The food choice was well above what you'd expect at a tui 3 star rated hotel, my only gripe was it was never red hot(I used the microwave as I like my food piping hot)

Be warned. The brochure said that there were stairs in this hotel however there are ALOT not suitable for any one with mobility issues. Food was good rooms were clean and tidy could do with being a little brighter.

Now called Iolida Hotel after being refurbished this year. Situated on the main local bus route to Corfu Town, 2 buses per hour both ways 2

Bus stop right outside hotel entrance next door is a nice wine bar serves perfectly chilled glass of serviong and a large beer 10euros. A small shop on site but cheaper supermarket at the side of the wine bar

Our rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard, clean towels daily, and a few bars receptionist. I would say 80% are Frenh tourists to this hotel as the animation team are French

Fantastic stay for our honeymoon, the hotel is beautiful as is the beach. The food is incredible, a testament to the catering staff. By far the best place me and my wife have stayed

Location is great, so is the beach. The food was delicious and varied, the Staff was friendly and always ready to help

The rooms could use a renovation to match the 5 star rating, but even so they were quite comfortable and the view certainly made up for it. Would go back again in the future :)

We’ve enjoyed one of the most relaxing weeks of our lives at this lovely resort. The hotel has an amazing setting with the rooms overlooking a bay surrounded by wooded slopes

The facilities in general are great, staff friendly and helpful, but we had severe food poisoning. The resort caters for 1,500-2,000 people snd serves buffet lunch/dinner

Inside the walls, everything is top notch, but the outside is a little shabby. Through the sister hotel Labranda, you can walk to the sandy beach in a few minutes. It is also located in the dunes

It’s also clear that some staff are unhappy with the resort’s new direction—though I have to say, the majority of the team were truly fantastic and did their best to make our stay enjoyable

Given the severity of food poisoning we were confined to our room for 3 days. This resort has full potential but they need to sort out food hygiene standards for good

Our swim-up villa was lovely, but unfortunately pool was dirty and poorly maintained, we had to ask for it to be cleaned and for the lights to be turned on

We were sold a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive experience for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that promise

People making negative comments need to remember how much they are paying a night and that hospitality has just come through a couple of awful COVID years plus cost of living

Good choice of continental breakfast which we had outside everyday. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to help, from booking taxis and sharing local knowledge

I went to Corfu for the first time during the summer of '82, without doing any research: big mistake! Kavos. Upon my return to England, I looked into the island properly and booked a four day trip to Sirena Beach Hotel

All of the staff, from cleaning ladies to the owner, were so charming. Special thanks to Giorgio's, Stella, "Dr Raki" and Mr Sirena Beach himself. Would have returned in '23 but for personal reasons I could not

The beach was a 2 minute walk from the hotel (although the beach was gravel rather than sand) but very quiet and relaxing. Bars and restaurants all within minutes of the hotel

The garden/bar is a lovely peaceful place to sit and enjoy an evening drink, which was served by Nicoletta, who made every guest feel special and welcome

We used the courtesy bus a few times into benitses as a forty minutes walk was a no no. public buses stop outside the hotel number 6. Not much entertainment at night but the greek dancing and the live music was good

We enjoyed some things more than others but there was always plenty. Pasta was always on the menu but as I'm not a pasta lover I ate mainly chicken and fish. Sweets could have had a little more variety but hey ho

Try not to be out off by some of the horrible reviews. Me and my daughter have just returned after five nights. Food not bad, not five-star al a carte but not rubbish either

The little lido was great although you had to dice with danger crossing the road, but a pretty little cove when you got there. Ideal for swimming and snorkeling

Hotel was OK, felt a bit dissjointed as in two halves, straddling a road. Several pools scattered over site. One small bar by main pool, small indoor area with barely any seating if weather not great

Rooms ok, although we changed from our first allocated room as it was at the top of a steep hill, and although we don't have mobility issues, it was a struggle to walk up there

Firstly I have to say the location was amazing, having a balcony right of top of the hill was amazing giving us a challenge getting to the hotel what that was ok. The food was good giving us a good variety of the food

The room had obviously been used as a self catering unit as it had a small kitchenette area. We went into Kassiopi most days as there was so little to do at the hotel

The pool area was amazing giving us 4-5 pools to use. Also giving us activities ruled by Jodi and Rodrigo. We played water polo, some yoga and volleyball and much more

They offer excellent experiences, some tips for make your vacation more comfortable, funny and enjoyable. The room, we were two, they gave us the bigger one, and it was a very great room

I had the chance to be part of the Wilderose team for a few weeks, and honestly, it felt like home. From the beginning, the team made me feel so welcome and comfortable like I was part of the family

Great location, 2 minutes on foot from the bus taking you to the center of Corfu (air-conditioned and usually not too crowded) and 5 minutes on foot from a great beach! The room was comfortable, air-conditioned, had a tv, comfortable bed, mini fridge and a small but functional wc

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wild Rose, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for those looking to enjoy the sun and sea

Doing a bit of island hopping we stumbled across this place in nissaki. The staff was super lovely and gave us free drinks at the pool bar with amazing ocean views. Room was clean, modern and spacious

They have some cats at the hotel which are fed each evening and friendly. Only drawback for me was very limited breakfast options as I'm vegan / have a dairy intolerance

The room itself was a decent size, with both hot and cold water available. On the downside, some of the rooms are in less ideal locations

The bed was huge and comfortable. Staff let us leave the car for the day and use the room and showers after check out. Only 5min walk to the beach with crystal clear water

Superb location with outstanding panoramic view, lovely owners and staffs, excellent services, very good food and drinks outlets serving tasty food from a rich menu varieties, and the daily breakfast is just good enough

If you're seeking luxury, this isn’t the place for you, best to look elsewhere to avoid disappointment. The location is truly lovely, offering scenic views of Pontikonisi and the occasional airplane landing nearby

We spent a week at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s an older, modest 2-star property that’s kept clean and tidy

Never experienced anything like this, really spoilt the whole trip considering we had literally no other options, felt like the hotel had opened too early in the season as we were hoping for out of season or just beginning of the season but not a ghost town being trapped in the hotel (we even did our research before we travelled)

Normally the plus option is just for branded drinks but not here this is also so limited to the time you can use the all inclusive, so if you don't pay even more you only have all inclusive between 12noon and 9pm

We had literally no choice but pay the extra to upgrade to all inclusive as there was nowhere open in the area when we arrived (few shops started to open by end of our week stay)

When we asked about somewhere to eat we were told that the hotel kitchen was now closed and left with no options even if you were all inclusive

It was as you would expect and there are 2 options all inclusive and all inclusive plus

So if you wanted a coffee after breakfast you have to pay or wait until 12noon

Just retuned from staying 10 days at the Atlantis. Excellent location to the port, old town and the buses. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent- especially the spanakopita.

The hotel is excellent but expensive for what it is. The shower was tiny; big-size people definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. The location is good, walking distance to everything

Unfortunately even though it was perfect for catching the ferry to Albania , I found this hotel very tired and basic. Definitely too pricey for what I’ve paid

Good location for the port,directly opposite. Staff were very pleasant, especially the receptionist. The rooms were fine in size and in general. furniture outdated but appropriate

All the other reviews say to leave your expectations at the door, which could not be more true. Photos and words cannot do this place justice, for the feeling present in each aspect of the Pink Palace is beyond words

The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away. The hotel has a cat called Lazarus, who has his own Instagram account. In general, the hotel, staff, location are beyond praise

Very good service , food was alright . If you need gluten free food you should tell at the reception , that way they will provide that . Good location

I stayed two weeks in a room at the 4th floor and I can say the view was amazing to the sea and to the old fortress of Corfu. I had a car and was so easy to find parking 1-5 mins walk from the hotel

For a first time budget holiday for me and my boyfriend for my birthday this was perfect

Pool is BIG, probably 50m long? and excelently maintained, super clean, see the picture. Location is about 10 mins walk to nearest beach (Dassia) and 5 min drive to Ipsos beach

Quiet neighborhood, it is off the main road, and up on a hill, only private properties along the road. Food at the pool restaurant (opened till 11pm) is great, you can spend a nice evening by the pool any time

To buy things (water, groceries) you need a car just because you must haul them uphill and supermarket is about 600m away. You can do without a car if in better shape or if you're single or a couple

People are very friendly and accomodating, relaxed, helpful. Breakfast is great, varied, NOT your average north american " continental breakfast" , desserts made in house

Crossing the main road halfway through is an adventure, again not for young children running in all directions and older people, as cars come at high speed constantly

The second half of the way to beach is not enticing, walking past some decaying properties and occasional garbage, nothing to write home about

The pool area is in a beautiful setting surrounded with grass and trees with plenty of shaded areas to cool off

The breakfast was fine and we were always satisfied but they should think about buying a toaster as this was the only thing missing. The staff are friendly and helpful which was much appreciated

Very limited snack menu with no Greek food on it which was only negative. Buses down the hill (5 min walk) to anywhere you’d want to go. Car hire, water sports etc all also a 5 minute walk away

This is a really nice relaxing, private hotel. Our room was clean and modern with an adequate balcony and a magnificent view over Ipsos and the bay beyond

There weren’t many other English people there, it was mostly Spanish and Italian which we actually really liked. It’s a lovely quiet hotel high up so has a lovely view of mountains and sea

Location is spot on, turn left and a 10 minute leisurely stroll to beach (half a mile acording to Strava), yes there is a busy crossroads but pedestrian lights means it isn't a bother

Continental breakfast provided cold meat, cheese, cereals, boiled eggs, lovely bread which was good either plain or toasted various jam/marmalade/chocolate spread and yoghurt and honey 🍯 Rooms are kept very clean by a lovely lady, can't remember her name, sorry, who was always smiling

The hotel itself is traditional and it is kept very clean and tidy. It is not a noisy youngsters place but a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the environment. The pool area is a wonderful place to spend a few hours

Lovely staff and most helpful. Swimming pool isn’t heated but doesn’t need it one length is enough to warm up. Room spotless. Evening meal is better than breakfast but both good for the money.

I stayed for a week for Greek Easter. Solo traveller, but I've been to Corfu many times. The hotel is lovely since the refurbishment. I was in a ground floor garden room overlooking the pool

Nothing felt like too much trouble! We had a sea view room which had a great balcony looking right over the beach, and the room had a coffee machine and a fridge (helpful for keeping water cool) We felt very well looked after during our whole stay

Special mention to Angelica, the receptionist, who organised our excursion to Paxos and Antipaxos, including a bagged breakfast since the bus would pick us up before the service was ready - she has been awesome! Breakfast and dinner was included and all was prepared beautifully and to homemade quality - the stew is to die for! Conveniently located next to bus route 7 that connects with Corfu Town...

Restaurant/Bar: We had more opportunities for interaction with the staff here - especially Malik. He did a great job caring for the bar/front of house and, in between duties, would engage us in friendly conversations

We had a sea view room with an ample balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. This hotel is literally accros the road from the beach, 43 of my steps to be precise. The staff are kind, welcoming, polite and helpful
