Very nice hotel, perfect pool access suite. Luxury family-friendly hotel with a fantastic kids' club team! The children's water playground is fantastic

Very large and beautiful pool! The staff is very friendly! A little something for my daughter's 3rd birthday! The all-inclusive is very good! With the added bonus of à la carte dinners 👌 I highly recommend this hotel! We stayed 6 nights

A very friendly and personalized welcome, impeccable and smiling service everywhere, superb infrastructure, a wonderful swimming pool, the cuisine is very good and made with fresh and quality products, the cocktails are excellent, the room (upgraded) was very comfortable

I loved this resort! I recommend the all exclusive pack if you want to have a good stay! The kids loved the water park everything was fantastic! Especially the food!!!!! I really recommend this resort it has THE BEST view etc

But the only thing which upset us was the cleaning service. For this price u pay and facility it is, cleaning was a joke. We have a 2 year old boy so cleaning is everything for us. But it was a nightmare most of the time

Avra Imperial Hotel

The amenities of this hotel are amazing! The beach is not so welcoming and that's a pity but the pool is very nice. We had our room upgraded from a garden view to a pool view. The Half board service is wonderful

As I have a health condition I was looking for a good quality hotel in a quiet setting with easy access to good quality meals, I found this in the Avra Imperial hotel

My room was in the Residence Collection (Adults only) which was lovely and quiet with a stunning large pool, plenty of decent seating and restaurant/bar

The reason I gave 4 stars for service and not 5 is that the staff who delivered room service, which i used several times, were unpleasant

I was upgraded to a room with a plunge pool and loungers, which was great as I spent a lot of time on my room's terrace

This was in stark contrast to the rest of the staff, either reception, restaurants/bars or concierge who were extremely helpful and pleasant

CHC Galini Palace Hotel

The food and drinks tasted good. There is still room for improvement in terms of selection and service, which is normal for a new hotel. Nevertheless, all employees were always ready to help and friendly

We received a warm welcome and had a room with a communal pool. It was large, well equipped and very clean. The main pool was just huge and well-kept, with comfortable loungers on the edge of the pool

The sea is right behind the main pool. In between there is a small street. Fortunately, this is not very busy, so it does not bother you. At the moment there are only a few holidaymakers in the hotel

The entire hotel area is huge. As a result, the stay was very relaxing and invites you to relax

One of the best hotels in Crete. Open first time 2020.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has air-conditioning. I got swimming pool next to my room, so I can swim and do sunbathing as much as I want. I highly recommend this place

Only negatives were the AC in our room wasn’t the best and the small number of sun loungers along the pool next to the swim up bar. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach though so you can always get beds

At a distance of no more than 1 km there is a village with a hypermarket, restaurants and taverns. Rooms are cleaned twice a day, the food is varied. The hotel is created for the best rest

An adults-only hotel in a quiet location. No children's screams, loud music all day and animation. The service is top notch, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the sea is clear

The hotel destination is quiet and very relaxing. The service in the hotel very very kind and helpful. The food is excellency and delicious highly recommend

Very relaxing holiday and good selection of shops, bars and restaurants nearby

Adonis and his friend are the best barmans in Greece, YAMAS!

In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it

This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience

Large room with private Pool situated in a quiet area of the hotel. The slides are great fun for kids. Staff do their best to help you

I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

Greece wont throw money at everything like Boris for the tax payer to pay back for decades 😂

We had a large balcony with a table, and everything was so clean that when we wiped the table, there wasn’t even a trace of dust. The attention to detail in the cleaning was truly impressive

The owner was wonderful to meet—so kind, welcoming, and generous. He treated us to fresh fruit and shared many helpful tips about the area, making our stay feel extra personal and warm

Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much care. This hotel completely won us over—the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything was perfect

The food is amazing, the chef is great. The pool is a decent size, and the spa treatment is also really nice. The rooms are clean and of decent size. Really enjoyed my stay there and would go back for sure

We stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special

Spilia Village Hotel & Villas

My only very small criticism is although the evening dinner menu is of great quality, when staying for 2 weeks it can be a bit limiting so would be nice to see some menu changes just to change things up a little bit

That being said, it still gets an easy 5 stars as a holiday and although we like to explore, at least we know if we return to Spilia village again we can feel sure we’re in for a relaxing holiday with great staff who truly are a credit to the hotel

It was really nice to see the same staff members that made us feel so welcome the previous year with special mention to Manos, Gen, Miranda and Dora who made our stay feel so special

Once again, service, food, setting and amenities all amazing

We chose not to hire a car but it was only €8 to Kolymvari where there was a nice assortment of bars and restaurants on the seafront. We ate at the hotel and also the 2 other local restaurants in Spilia too

We decided to return to Spilia village after sick a great holiday last year, not an easy decision as we had such high expectations from 2024
