Chrispy Waterpark Resort in Kolymbari

Very beautiful hotel with polite service. Food are very delicious but the only downside was its repetition. Swimming pool and slides are very funny. Animators complemented each day with cool attractions. Rooms and hotel are very clean, comfortable and beautiful. In the hotel there are so many flowers which caused a positive vibe.

We had a great time in Crete at Chrispy water world hotel. The location was a bit distant but walking to the near by village didn't take long but it was pretty local, there were not so much tourist stores there, which was a good thing. But it was easy taking the local bus to Chania, Agia Marina or Platanias to visit tourist stores and places. The local bus whent every 20 minutes. The resort was nice and it had much of what you could ask for. Hotel consisted of several two story apartment buildings with plenty of rooms in every building. The atmosphere at resort was nice, much flowers, plants and trees. Overall feeling was clean. Rooms were nice, we had two rooms. A bigger flat with a loft and a smaller room. Cleaning of the rooms was good. The hotel had a restaurant where there was three settings everyday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had the all inclusive, don't know if there was any other option at this hotel. There were plenty of food options to use from, salads, starters, main course and desserts. Service was good and friendly. Overall atmosphere in the restaurant was good, didn't like the cats that sometimes came in when customers let them in. And then some also feed them even if this was forbidden by the hotel. There was a bar and a small grill at the pool were refreshments could be gotten. Snacks, french fries, burgers etc. at the grill. At the bar, beer, wine etc. and later in the evening cocktails. The personal was friendly and helpful. And there was a really great entertaining group that kept customers entertained everyday with different activites, from Zumba to waterpool, darts and evening activites.

Really liked this hotel, everyone was nice to us. Really liked all the activities that we had. Thanks Luca or Luka i dont know jow its right, thanks julia thanks maxu and everyone😁. Really enjoyed time here. I recommend this to everyone.

Luka and Julia made our trip the best trip ever! They are the best animation team I ever meet! They made our week❤️ They make the experience so much better.

Luca & Julia and their colledgues was amazing. My 5 yesr old told me that ”Luca is hos friend”. They made the whole family to feel welcomed and happy, Young as old. Luca and Julia was amazing. The room at the hotell has more to ask for and it was super wierd that the waterpark closed 1 hour because of ”lunch break”.

Food was good, people were very nice, drinks could be better; my head hurt after it. Nice shop with normal prices. The animators Luka, Rebecca, and Julia were super nice and kind people. Greetings from Mailo 🇵🇱🇵🇱

We stayed at Chrispy for one week. Weather was stunning, pool clean and with plenty of sunbeds. Aquapark has few different slides so there is a choice for everyone. They also have mini slide for the youngest ones. Our offer was all inclusive, food was alright however I would expect more seafood on tables. Availability and freshness was good. There's a bar that has usually one person working on it. Which was causing huge queues in rush hours. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. Air conditioning needs some improvement or replacement. Was old and dirty to be honest. The best part is the Staff. Starting from guys from restaurant ending at cleaners. Everyone one was smiling and helped with any enquiry. Personally I would like to make a huge thanks for bartender Antonio (aka Antek) , he was a superstar there , also surprised me with his own drink recipe. We even create a name for that drink "ANTEK" , try it it's great. Other bartender Ulyana was also great , saving evry morning with iced coffee. And if you ask her she'll fill your glass with an extra alcohol 😉 We went with two daughters, specifically younger one 7yrs. Found great entertainment from animator team. Special thanks to all of you guys , you know how to make fun with kids also with adults. Luca this is for you. You are absolutely superstar, as well as all the girls. Generally we are satisfied and I can definitely give my recommendations for anyone who's willing to visit Crete.

Very good hotel for the whole family. Good variation of food and great entertainment for the kids. The enternainment team with Luca and his friends were amazing.

Luca and Julia’s team were the best. They always had super much energy and was really funny. It was easy to connect with them and they always did fun stuff with the guests❤️
